Cozy Kiwi Holiday Home - designed to entertain !!!!

Bedding and cleaning service supplied with a one off fixed fee.

3 bedrooms, a good sized lounge and an open plan kitchen which flows out onto a large covered deck area.
One large bathroom which contains toilet, shower and laundry.
Another separate toilet.
Additional outdoor shower comes in handy during busy times in the bathroom.
The large covered deck area provides all weather outdoor entertaining and leaves the lounge for the kids or quite time.
Large backyard provides a great space for kids to play or parking.
The home is fitted out with a semi rustic feel, but with modern clean amenities and appliances. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Heat pump A/C to keep you cool or warm, and a wood fire for extra heat & ambiance.
Endless gas hot water means no unplanned cold showers.
The Smart TV is online for Netflix or other entertainment apps. Free to air TV and DVD / Blueray player with a great selection of movies.
Large Broil King BBQ and additional outdoor fridge for drinks and supplies.
The property is 500m walk to the lakefront.
The wide driveway entry makes backing boats in a breeze.
Fully fenced and secure.

The property was excellent for what we required. The covered back area was superb for family games and entertainment and provided security for when it rained as we didn’t feel trapped inside. Everything we needed was present. Would definitely come back

Great set up!

There was ample room with decks at front and back of house, the bedrooms were good size and the kitchen had everything we needed, extra fridge outside was a bonus. Unfortunately we felt it was not very clean and we had no tv with error message no reception/satellite. Would definitely stay here again though!

Place was everything we expected, although the place needs a thorough clean. Parking was great and place was warm compared to the other place the rest of our group stayed at.

Its was absolutely wonderful. My family and I loved our stay. It was a light walk to the lake & the shops. Very convenient. Heaps of space. The fireplace is a bonus. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

This house has everything you need. Bonus of a second toilet and the covered outdoor entertainment area which makes it outstanding. Great street, great communication and great location. Recommend staying here no matter what your group includes

Great weekend away

Helpful hosts. Great property - absolutely loved the outdoor area, and plenty of backyard area for the dogs to have zoomies . Handy location for MTBing and running/hiking the trails and a dip in the lake. Will be back!

A great place to stay.

An excellent place to stay, great location and proximity to the lake. Needs a hose to wash/clean the boat, to help prevent spread of lake weed and Didymo.

Property has a great fenced in yard and outdoor space. Great for us and our dogs. The inside has everything we need and the beds were comfortable.

excellent set up

a great place for a relaxing holiday with good driveway access for a boat and the rear deck for outdoor living, and enjoying the late sun. Not the first time I have stayed here and hopefully not the last!

Extended family break away

My brother & his kids joined my husband & I and our kids - the bach had plenty of space to cater for the range in ages which was great especially as the weather wasn't flash on a few of the days. Would definitely stay again :)

Great property

We had 2 families sharing with other family located nearby. Great for a summer holiday with a faboulous, well protected undercover dining and entertainment space. House was well equipped in the kitchen and indoor lounge space was comfortable.

We had a lovely weekend in Mangakino - really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The kitchen suited our needs. The extra fridge on the backporch was useful. Thanks!

Great practical bach

This is a perfectly practical bach, ideal for families as fully fenced. Love the large undercover deck although still too cold for us to enjoy this time.
