We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in New Port Richey. LizaJane, the host, was very accommodating in every single way. Had a couple questions and she answered them immediately. The home was very very tastefully decorated, and she provided all the essentials for a month stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and truly cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to create a space that is not only beautiful, but incredibly comfortable and welcoming.The home itself is cozy, well-maintained, and located in the perfect area—peaceful yet still close to everything you might need. One of our favorite parts of the stay was spending time on the screened-in porch, relaxing and watching the river and the gentle flow of people passing by. It created such a calm, enjoyable atmosphere that we found ourselves returning to it again and again.Inside, the home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is especially impressive, complete with all the essentials and even a wide variety of spices, making it easy to prepare meals just like you would at home. The sleeping arrangements were extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were high-quality and plentiful. It truly felt like nothing was overlooked—every amenity you could think of is provided.If we had to offer one very small suggestion, it would be to consider adding a window covering in the twin bedroom—but even that is minor in comparison to how exceptional everything else was.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. It is clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating such a beautiful and accommodating space.

Perfect location

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home and definitely not our last. We just love everything about this beautiful home; from the comfortable beds and furniture to the screened porch out front. Mostly though, the location is our favorite thing about this house. I am able to work every morning and then go for a walk to Sims Park and grab lunch at one of the great little cafe's in town. There is a lot of activity along the riverwalk so if you're a people watcher or a casual fisherman this is the spot for you!

We wanted to love this house but with the broken items, unkept issues, lack of cleanliness & rude customer service it fell short & we wouldn't want to stay again.We had other issues while staying but after the first issue & being blamed & it being a mess I wasn't spending the rest of my vacation calling to fix other issues. We worked around it but we paid more to stay at a place with certain amenities and then didn't have them.Cons: First night was a disaster,all bed sheets were dirty with dog hair:she gave many excuses & tried blaming us & accidentally mentioned the washer leaving black streaks so she had to wash the sheets at her home & thats why they were dirty because she has a dog.Coffee pot was unclean and brokenSecond shower didn’t work, only tubWasher leaves black streaks on itemsDog hair in the clean dishes & couchJacuzzi wasn't balanaced(ph level off)Big Mirrors were unhung and not properly secured(safety issue)Mold in vent by kitchen & living roomRusted out soaps & rust in the soapBed frames were very loose sturdyNo full size trash can inside, was expected to use small grocery bags the whole week.Upon leaving we had extra trash, I called to ask where to leave it, she asked how was the stay & I said we would not be wanting to stay again with the issues we had, instead of her wanting to hear our concerns so she could fix the issues for future guests she started being aggressive and telling me I was lying. Pros: location & spacious home

From the owner: "We're glad to hear you found the home spacious and enjoyed the location. The homeowner would like to address the concerns you raised:- We sincerely apologize for the issue with the linens. The previous guest had heavily soiled them, so we washed them at home using a larger machine. Unfortunately, some dog hair transferred during the process. As soon as we were notified, we replaced all linens within the hour with brand-new ones and received confirmation that you were satisfied continuing your stay with those.- We were not contacted about the other issues during your visit. Without being made aware, we were unable to address them. The coffee pot, second shower, and hot tub have since been checked and are all in proper working condition.- We can confirm there is no mold in the home. Our cleaning partner of three years maintains high standards, and we’ve never received similar complaints.- We do provide smaller trash bags intentionally, as we've found it helps guests manage waste more frequently. We've used this setup for years without issue, but we understand it may not work for everyone.- We did not intend to come across as aggressive or accusatory. Our goal is always to resolve problems respectfully, and we’re sorry if our communication felt otherwise.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience."

WI Family Vacation Stay

In short notice my family and we’re lucky to find this beautiful home! From the moment we locked in our reservation we were treated like family! We received a call about 2 weeks out from the owner because she noticed we may need another bed! She went out and bought an additional air mattress. We put that into use! In addition when we arrived, our flight came in a little early, she opened up an hour earlier for us. Again, something that wasn’t expected! She offered up her personal time to take our the pontoon which we didn’t do but the offer was there. We would stay here again! Also, it’s a great location to get to whatever you want to do! There was a beautiful downtown area with plenty of food options to traveling to the local Store for groceries. All this information was provided in a package upon arrival. Finally, if staying here, it’s located close enough to all kinds of local hotspots for day trips! Thank you again! Hope to stay again.

Charming!

My son and I stayed at this charming home while visiting my father. It was perfect for us, loved the location. The home was clean, inviting and the owner has done a lovely job on the home. Super comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.
