Thank you so much for taking the time to review our condo. We do understand the concerns with the heat within the unit. The cooling system does not keep up with the extreme temperatures that Kelowna has. We are having window film put on all the windows in the next few weeks which will most definitely help with keeping the heat out. We hope this will not keep you from rebooking with us in the future as we would love to host you again

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The entire complex runs off a geo thermal system and during the extreme heat wave this system struggled to reach the top floor. We have installed black out blinds, window tint film and an additional air conditioner in the main bedroom to help with this issue. The weather was definitely not the norm during this time across BC. The parking can be limited at times, that depends on how busy the complex is. There is parking all along Pritchard drive as well as an additional lot within the complex. We are sorry that you found the parking not to be ideal. In the future please reach out and we can try our best to secure an additional underground parking spot. We hope to have you back! We are happy to hear that you had a fantastic stay and that the condo had everything you needed. We tried hard to make sure that all one needed to do was pack your clothes and food. As for the balcony being better suited for older guests, I’m assuming because the patio furniture is up against the glass that when little ones are standing on the furniture they would need to be watched more closely, otherwise the patio has plenty of room and little ones are safe to be out there Thank you for keeping the condo in great shape and we hope you have a wonderful rest of your summer

We are so sorry that you vacation was cut short due to the wild fires near our condo. We are glad that you and your family made the decision to keep yourselves safe. We refunded the remainder of the stay as we felt that was the right thing to do under the circumstances. We are happy to hear that your time spent at our condo was a great fit for your family.
