Rooftop deck with hot & cold water beautiful ocean view. second floor has it’s own deck area off the main bedroom with full bath . First floor full kitchen, full bathroom, office and tv room with second bedroom . Fibre optic Internet, two smart TVs Steps from the pool. A/C on both floors, clothes washer on main floor. Coffee maker, electric frying pan, microwave convection, oven utensils, bottled water, pots, pans plates, and cups all provided.

Neighbourhood is beautiful and an up-and-coming 1 mile scenic walk to the beach. The maxi Pali/Walmart is just down the road.
