Luxurious home with heated pool, hot tub- minutes to wineries and many beaches

Beautiful family home with a chef's kitchen, amazing patio and BBQ, a large heated pool (built summer of 2023) and an 8 seater Bullfrog hot tub! It's got 2 great patios, 1 as a great outdoor dining area, and the other as a lounge area with outdoor couches and a fire table under a pergola down by the pool. Pool will be open from May till September. Fire table will be available from March to December, and the hot tub is up and running all year round! You will be a few blocks from great hiking trails, amazing playground, water park, neighbourhood pub/restaurant, coffee and ice cream shop, spa and even a liquor store! Plus 5-10 minutes to wineries and near by shopping including a Save-On-Foods grocery store, beaches, restaurants and everything the Okanagan has to offer! Quiet neighborhood with amazing mountain views and a view of the lake from the primary bedroom. The rest of the time you'll enjoy looking through the giant windows towards the gorgeous mountain we're on and a peak of the vineyards for Cedar Creek winery from the patio. Downstairs has a fabulous media room with surround sound and a giant couch for everyone to enjoy the movie on. Please reach out to us so we can make sure our house is set up perfectly for your group!

We loved Alex and Christina’s place! You can tell it’s a real family home, right down to the abundance of boardgames. We stayed as two couples with 4 kids 5 and under and we didn’t need to leave the house, particularly because of the pool and the movie setup in the basement. Even during a heatwave with temperatures over 30 degrees most days, the AC kept us comfortable at night. The neighbourhood was quiet, adding to our peaceful stay.

Our stay was amazing. The house had everything we could have needed and more. The pictures don’t do the home justice and it excepted our expectations. Lots of seating areas, living area, eating spaces. The backyard was amazing as well- our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The hosts were great at communicating and the directions were very clear to the house as well. We had an awesome time, thank you!

Fantastic time! We were a group of ladies on our annual girls trip and the house was a perfect fit for us.The backyard and pool was incredible, we spent the majority of our time enjoying it.Bbq and kitchen were well equipped with everything we needed and more!Christina was great to communicate with, and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a roomy stay with a lovely pool and entertaining backyard look no further. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from downtown in Upper Mission.

Great property quiet location

Alex and Christina were amazing! And made our stay so comfortable. They helped in any way needed and were very thoughtful. The house is as described and very clean and had lots of room, the backyard was stunning and well maintained and Alex came and made sure the pool and hot tub were always up to snuff.

A Spacious Home away from home

We rented this property July 2022. It had plenty of space for my family, in-laws and sister in law. We found the home inviting, comfortable and very clean. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of wine from a vineyard in Kelowna and a gorgeous flower arrangement. We took advantage of the beautiful yard and stunning patio daily. My kids really loved the trampoline. We found the location was close to Summerhill, Cedar Creek, Sperling vineyards...just to name a few. The neighbourhood is safe, extremely quiet, and has many paths to explore surrounding parks or the mountain side that it is located on.
