Quiet getaway

Condo was as described and check-in was easy. We were looking for a quiet getaway and it served its purpose. Smoke detector in living area is very sensitive, activated while making toast😊. Not a big deal and glad it was functional. We would return.

update condo with great views

We were very pleased with this condo. It was clean and it had new appliances and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The view was unbelievable. Communication with the owner was easy. The only thing that we may suggest are some end tables in the living room. If you are unable to do stairs then you may want to consider a floor unit. It was a good work out for us and we really didn't mind it. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for some morning and evening walks. It was interesting watching the rowers everyday from the balcony. Highly recommend this property. Linda and friends

Wonderful accommodations

Beautiful clean condo! Great views from both balconies. Even a sunset from the master bedroom! Very spacious, close to beach and was well stocked with anything you would need. We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Property

The neighborhood is a bit problematic due to all the Trump signs. Does not seem diverse. Nonetheless, people who did talk to me were very nice.

Wonderful Stay

My family had a great stay at this condo, even though Hurricane/TS Debby.The condo was spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating and beds. One the storm passed it’s a convenient 5 minute walk to the the beach and 10 minutes to Coligny. I highly recommend staying at this condo and will do again myself.

nice getaway w/ great bay views

This was a nice quick getaway. The condo is as described and pictures accurate. View was wonderful and the location was very quiet, even though it was a holiday week. The condo was clean and the neighbors in the complex were also nice. All the beds are super squeaky though and the couches on the deck were wet from a storm that came through the weekend before. There was a metal table with two chairs that we could sit on though. Appreciated being able to bring my dog along and to have most necessities there (sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, etc.). The skylight in the master is not covered and it was super bright in the morning, so bring your eye mask like I did! There is also an uncovered skylight in the living room and only half the slider had curtains (??) (just fyi for those needing the pull out couch). Would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Great property and location

The house was great and the views were even better. The perfect place to celebrate my husbands 50th! We wanted low key with a few friends and this spot was perfect!

Beautiful view of Bay

Condo is very well laid out with open floor plan. Great views of the bay and AC skyline off fully furnished deck. Neighbors were really nice and friendly; safe area to walk in evening & very short drive to beach and local restaurants.

Start of fall season down the shore

Nice and comfortable condo right on the bay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets viewable from 3rd floor. Enjoyable time spent.

Beautiful condo on the water

The condo was even better than anticipated! It was immaculate when we arrived and included the basic necessities (linens, towels basic kitchen ware). The balconies views are fantastic, watching the sun rise/set each day. It has to modern bathrooms (one in the masterbedroom) We floated in the bay during the day with floats that we bought in Brig. The North Beach (which is dog friendly) is only 5 minutes from the condo and you can drive on the beach if you buy the truck permit. The only negative: the communication with evolve is terrible as we contacted them prior to our arrival to get more details on what was provided in condo and we received a response 3 days later we’ll after out check in even though they state that they prioritize customers that are within 72 hours of check in.

Great family weekend !

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. No problems getting in or connecting to wi-fi (important with teenagers). Really enjoyed the beautiful relaxing views of the bay watching boats and waverunners going in & out from the docks and Atlantic City in the distance at night. Only a 3 night stay but wish it was longer. Hit Brigantine Beach one day, beautiful day then enjoyed sitting on the deck hearing some live music from The Elks down the street. Quick drive to Atlantic City, hit Sugar Factory for lunch inside Hard Rock casino. Inside was really nice too. Had everything we needed to cook dinner 1 night. There is a camera at front door and on deck, it didn't bother us that they were there. The thermostat is protected but we lucked out weather wise and didn't need it adjusted at all, we were comfortable day and night. Would absolutely like to stay again !

Overpriced and lacked privacy

We tried to add a day to our stay but our request through VRBO was not responded to. The Evolve rep responded but had no control over bookings. Knowing what I do now, I'm thankfil. Upon checking in, we noticed the thermostat could not be adjusted without contacting the Evolve rep, which makes you feel like you're bothering them even though they are very nice about it. Either we were too hot or too cold and I felt like a nag to have to go back and forth with emailing the contact because the thermostat was locked (smart thermostat). The place wasn't very clean. The sofa smelled heavily like dog , which I guess is to be expected with a pet friendly place. There was still a note from the last tenant on the counter top and left over food in the cabinets. We were only left two washcloths, which is fine because we brought our own. Our socks were black from the floors as well as my kids bare feet, which is gross to me, so I made them wear shoes inside. Spots were on the toilet seats and on shelves in the showers. I left the condo cleaner than I found it. There was unfinished spackle on the walls that was not painted and holes should have been completed prior to our stay. I'm very disappointed! There is also a security cameras on the back balcony as well. I understand the front door, but I couldn't enjoy my morning tea without feeling watched. No thanks. Neighbors were nice but we will not be booking again at this location.

Loved it

I absolutely loved this condo. It was so beautiful and clean and the view is just something that would never get old! Plus the other people in the building are so sweet! We brought our dog with us as well and he never wanted to get off the balcony! And loved playing with the dog Max downstairs! Thinking about making this vacation at this condo an annual thing! We loved it!

Brigantine Condo

We loved this comfortable waterside condo in Brigantine. It was spacious and so comfortable. It was easy to access and spotless. It is within walking or biking distance of the Boardwalk and shops. We were not as pleased with only 4 plates, 4 glasses and 4 mugs. There was only hand towel for each bathroom. There were no kitchen towels, so we had to use paper towels to dry dishes. You may need to mention visitors should bring their own soap for the showers. Other than that we highly recommend this Brigantine condo.
