Great location & appreciated the safe yard for our dogs. Loved the beach walks & eating spots like Matilda’s & great Thai just a gentle walk from house. There were a few issues with housekeeping but our property manager was extremely responsive & I believe will be sorted.

Happy dogs, happy life!

Great set up for a couple of energetic dogs, great safe yard and the verandah very suitable for them at night or when we had to venture out without them. Everything at the house we needed and a great location to walk to beach, shops clubs etc. Thanks for a great long weekend stay!

Fantastic property that met all our needs. Excellent dog friendly house with secure yard and plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very clean and well maintained. We had to secure accomodation whilst our home was being renovated, this property allowed us to take our dog, while husband continued working remotely and daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring the beaches.

Almost perfect for us!

Great property with everything we needed. Our 2 small dogs loved the huge yard and deck. Only glitch was the barking dogs on 2 neighbouring properties.

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to pass this onto the owner. Bellinger Street has two street signs as it intersects another road, and both signs have different spellings of the name, so it is difficult to know which is correct, so we appologise for any confusion caused. We are happy you enjoyed your stay! Kind regards Renee ROBERTS REAL ESTATE

Close to Beach !

The locale was great being close to town and river and beaches . The house was simple and tidy, it has all that you need. Small living area and seating options was ok for a family of 4 . Beds were comfy. Be sure to plan ahead and bring washing powder, dishwashing liquid garbage bags etc as it was not provided. The only real drawback was the consistent poor language, arguing and noise from the neighbors . Nambucca heads was a great place to visit .

Practical and convenient

Nice and convenient place central to walk to lookouts, main beach and Shelly beach. Great for the dogs to stay with us and fenced yard. Handy to have a laundry and detergent to use. Couldn’t access wifi (no instructions found and couldn’t get in touch with agent to ask). Some cutlery still had food on it. No air-con but fans provided.

Good Pet Friendly Accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was perfect if you have pets with a large backyard for them to run around in. The home had everything you need for your stay, bed was comfortable, home was clean and tidy and kitchen had the basics. The home was in good location with shops nearby. Check in was easy and communication with the real estate was excellent. I had asked for the grass to be cut snd this was attended to as quick as possible. I would suggest placing a screen door on the back door as it was not able yo be left open due to flies coming in. I would suggest some air conditioning be installed as the age of the home does not have any insulation in the walls making the home quite warm inside even with fans. At times, it was unpleasant especially with the high humidity experienced during our stay. Overall, the home was fine for what we needed as we were travelling north and wanted to stop in Nambucca Heads for a few days.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of backyard space for my dogs, and loved the fact that there was a second gate on the verandah so dogs could be outside and secure, but separate from the backyard and any possible escape attempts. A tip for people staying with pets would be to have some little padlocks for extra security, so no one walking past can open the gates and potentially let dogs out. While staying we had a fair few bugs, including ants all over the kitchen. I'd also have hoped the place would be a little cleaner. Also I would recommend replacing the chairs on the balcony at the back, as 3 out of 4 were broken in some way, which was disappointing because it would have been nice to sit out there in the sunshine.Overall it was a nice place, especially if you have pets.
