- NOTE: There is a required gate fee of $50 per vehicle that must be paid at the gatehouse upon entry to the community (valid for 7 days). This fee grants access to the Pine Mountain Lake community and provides a Guest Pass for access to its facilities. Paid amenities include beach access, water taxi, swimming pool, fishing, playgrounds, hiking, and biking trails. There are additional fees for other community services and amenities
- NOTE: In the event of a PG&E power outage, this home has a Generac power generator, which will automatically start and power the basic amenities of the home (lights, fans, refrigerator, stove, microwave, internet router, etc)
