Experience Groveland's premier luxury Lake House at the Pine Mountain Lake gated community.

The Peninsula Lake House was professionally designed and furnished by a prominent Bay Area developer. The wide frontage to the main lake offers panoramic views and easy water access with a private dock. Free use of two Grumman canoes and two Stand Up Paddeboards with life jackets. A large game room with a pool table, arcade-grade air hockey table, and a vintage upright piano provide indoor entertainment.

AND, Yosemite is only an easy 40-min drive away!

Create memories of a lifetime with family and friends at The Peninsula Lake House at Pine Mountain Lake.

Guests also have access to Pine Mountain Lake community amenities, which include: Pickleball, Golf, Pool, Beaches, Tennis, Hiking, Playground, and Horseback riding!

***Please note a $50 per car entry fee is not included in the listing fees and must be payable at your initial entry into the Pine Mountain Lake community. You will receive a Guest Pass to hang on your car for the duration of your stay. Proceeds of this fee are used to maintain facilities and operations of the PML community amenities shared with our guests.

Lovely lakeside home

Large 3 bedroom with game room that was well-used! Very large kitchen, well stocked with everything you’ll need. Private dock was a godsend since our 4-day weekend over the 4th of July was 100 degrees plus every day. We went from the A/C in the house to swimming off the dock and paddling around with the paddle boat. As a bonus the fireworks were incredible and the dock is in the perfect spot for viewing. Our three generation group had a great stay and the host is very communicative. Two thumbs way up!

Best Fireworks EVER!

I realize fireworks may not be the most important thing, but we were thrilled the fireworks were directly across the lake from the dock. This was just an added bonus. The house was amazing, so comfortable and well appointed. The huge kitchen windows with the view of the lake almost made it worth cooking and doing the dishes. Also, the kitchen was large and open so everyone could easily help. Being a family with varied ages, we enjoyed all the outdoor toys and the indoor game room. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a big plus. The rooms are quite sound proof with solid doors, which was great since we had a month old newborn with us. Everyone slept better. I enjoyed working with Edmund, who was great communicating and making sure our stay was memorable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!! Barbara

Awesome House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula Lake House. Check-in was super easy, the location was perfect and the Property Manger was super responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

The Peninsula Lake House is fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The house is beautiful with gorgeous views. The property manager was wonderful to work with!
