This lovely condo features comfortable furniture, and tasteful coastal décor throughout, Enjoy Harbourside unit 7718 which has the benefit of extra windows in the living room and kitchen, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full-baths, a fully-equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms feature a king in the master, double queens in the second bedroom, and bunk beds in the last bedroom. The main bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and the second bathroom features a tub shower combo.

Harbourside Resort at Marker 33 is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Indian Rocks Beach and directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Splash Harbour Water Park is literally right outside your door! 4 free passes are provided for you. Additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Two bars and fabulous restaurants and rental cabanas are on property so you never have to leave! But if you do...there are many restaurants, beach stores, treats, and beverage options just a short walk away as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches where you can view spectacular sunsets or enjoy a family beach day! To help you do so, you will find beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon in the condo storage closet for your use! The gorgeous, wide Intercoastal waterway has public day docks for no charge should you embark on a boat or jet ski rental and the Harbourside Marina has slip rentals by calling the dock master there.

Great location. Very clean. Lacking supplies for the beach no beach towels and only one chair. But overall nice stay comfortable beds plenty of room and a nice view from the balcony.

I loved there was a small water park with a bar and lazy river downstairs. Fun for the kids and the adults. Walk across the street and your at the beach. In between you have a handful of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. Plenty to do without driving if you didn't want to that day

Quiet & Comfortable

Nice Condo, spacious. Just two requests first, either provide coffee filters or have a Keurig instead of a coffee maker. We had to run out and buy a huge package of coffee filters for just 6 days. We also bought pans as the ones in the condo should be replaced. Other than that, we had a great time. Any leftover food can be taken to the fire dept across the street. They were so happy to have it!

Absolutely beautiful condo! Very clean, well stocked kitchen as well as other amenities!

This was our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it was absolutely beautiful- we have always had gulf front so wasn’t so sure I would enjoy it as much but the waterway view was beautiful and the large outdoor deck allowed you to view the gulf and the glorious sunsets. The condo was amazing as well, updated and very spacious. Owner was always available and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely will be back!

Great vacation

We stayed for a week early March. Beautiful place Water park was great Wonderful restaurant and bar connected Clean Fully equipped kitchen Comfortable beds We areived at 0330 and Room key was not in lock box so we could not get into room until sunrise. We finally called the emergency number amd were in the condo in 15 minutes Will return next year 😀

Great vacation

Great location and very nice condo. We would stay there again. There were a few minor issues- TV and ceiling fan remote controls did not all work. The microwave door handle was broken on arrival. The toaster needs replacing.

Perfect location

Overall our stay was wonderful. Would just make two small recommendations to Tom. That would be to have the furniture steam cleaned, couches were tainted brown and to add more kitchen supplies. But overall the location, condo and view were amazing. We will definitely stay again here if we come back to Florida. Tom was an excellent host and was very responsive.

Great location and Accommodations

Overall this place was great and pretty close to what was listed. The location was perfect for going to the water park and beach. The unit has been newly renovated in the recent past and has nice finishes and plenty of seating. Our only issue was the sheets in one of the bedrooms were filthy and had clearly not been washed (crumbs, hair, etc.) We ended up having to stay up late the first night to clean them. Luckily the washer and dryer are in good shape. Other than that I’d recommend.

Weekend stay

The location and amenities of the property were good. The property however was not properly cleaned there was so much dust on one of the ceiling room fans and the baseboard and floors in the first bedroom were full of dust. Better cleaning needs to be required there was a dirty pot in the oven of the kit hen stove and almost all the silverware were dirty. Overall ok but definitely should have been cleaner.

Very nice property

Loved this condo, view, location & water park. Great restaurants near by. Friendly staff at the property! The upholstery on all furniture was very dirty. The master bedroom mattress NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! The masters bedroom closet was full of “junk”. Couldn’t even hang clothes in it. Master bedroom TV would not shut off. A/C was not working properly. Said it was 72, but was actually 76

Awesome condo!

We had an amazing week in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is fabulous — so spacious, so convenient to the beach and restaurants, and access to the waterpark was fantastic! Even before our stay, Tom was very responsive when I reached out to him with questions about the condo. He made sure we had everything we needed upon checkin. There was even a few laundry pods, dish soap, coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us threw the first couple days. The condo had lots of little “extras” which helped save us space in our suitcase — beach towels, hair dryer, and games/puzzles for the kids! The waterpark was such a great feature, and perfect for kids of all ages. You can’t go wrong when renting this unit. The view is amazing. I loved sitting on the patio overlooking the water and seeing dolphins swimming, while drinking my coffee every morning. I’ll definitely go back!

Amazing Florida Trip for the whole family

Family of eight with kids 18 down to 6. All the kids loved it! 4 TV’s with HDMI and cable were great. Enough room for everyone. Great to have all the new appliances. The four passes to the water park were perfect since not everyone wanted to go every day, but since extra tickets are half off for renters, we had days where everyone went! Great views of the harbor where we even spotted dolphins several times, then out the front our view of the Gulf was incredible. A quick two block walk to the beach, and Jake’s Coastal Cantina located 2 min away with amazing food and great service were also great amenities. The only downfall of the trip was the lack of appliances in the kitchen. Only a toaster and coffee makers were available (and we don’t drink coffee). No hand mixer, griddle or crockpot to speak of. Plenty of cups and dishes though. The bunk room didn’t have any flat sheets either, so the fleece blankets at the end of the beds were used but also hot, flat sheets would have been nice. Plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for the water park. Overall had a great experience, would definitely return and recommend!

Great location, condo could use some work

While our stay was nice( location was nice and kids enjoyed the water park) I do have to mention a few things. Our feet were constantly black after walking on the floor. I am positive that the floor was not mopped prior to our arrival. The mattress in the master was indented from overuse, definitely needed to be replaced. I was charged a damage deposit but was told it was a non refundable stocking fee instead.This would’ve been ok but not much was stocked. We were given one trash bag( the one in already in the garbage) and not even one laundry pod to do a load of laundry(looked everywhere),not even to wash the towels before you leave. Also, if charged a stocking fee some paper plates and a full roll of paper towel would’ve been nice. One last thing, I do not recommend staying here if you have toddlers. The door to the balcony can easily be opened. Other places I have stayed have had alarms on the balcony doors. Tom was very nice but I just think the condo could use some work.

Fun family location

Overall we loved staying here! The waterpark was so much fun for my kids and we loved being so close to the beach. Space was this was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. There were just a few things that kept this from being 5 stars. Communication was kind of hard. I’m used to communicating with rentals through the actual vrbo app but they wanted communication through their rental property management. This made the process a lot slower. I had asked if there would be a pack and play. Took a couple days to answer but finally both the owners and rental company said no. Totally ok and we decided to rent one. We spent $100 to rent one and when we got there we found a pack and play stored in the closet. Kind of frustrating that they didn’t know they had one and we spent money we didn’t need to. The main tv also did not work. They had other TVs but still it was annoying. There was a washer and dryer but not detergent offered. You cant buy travel detergent so this was annoying as well. Though the washer was pretty moldy and gross so maybe a blessing there was no detergent so my clothes didn’t get grosser by being washed in it. The hand soap option was pretty terrible too (if it was even hand soap it just said cleaning bar and was a very small disc shape) Honestly I’d stay here again and just lower my expectations next time about what to bring with me.
