This apartment is set in the iconic Pacific building located right at Bondi Beach.
With a contemporary light feel and private balcony, this two-bedroom, one bathroom residence offers plenty of local options and the ultimate in accommodation to rival any hotel.

Please note: The property is in excellent condition; however, the building across the street is undergoing construction, so there may be some visible scaffolding and moderate noise.

Enjoy an early morning stroll or surf on one of the world's most famous beaches and enjoy brunch, lunch or dinner at one of the many dining options conveniently located directly downstairs or close by.

Good to Know:
- $120 extra fees for any public holiday check in and check out
- Pets approved only upon request
$320 pet cleaning fee
$635 refundable pet bond

Absolutely wonderful

Remarkable! Lovely accommodations. Very comfortable and well laid out. Instructions for most of the situations we faced were thorough and understandable.(Info on bathroom fixtures and more toilet paper would help.) There were so many possible cooking situations provided for!! Including cooking materials like olive oil! Only small issues: The air conditioning in the main bedroom seemed to run even when off was selected. The rugs are a bit of a slipping/tripping hazard. WATCH OUT. The kitchen lights were a bit dim. Needed more than a roll of TP which was partially used as we arrived very late and couldn't shop. We were unable to provide car information as we hadn't yet arrived and rented the car yet. SO we arrived very late and ended up with a100 parking fee because we couldn't provide the car info and get a code. The instructions for how to find the unit were a bit convoluted...we spent a bit of time wandering and felt like we were in The Matrix. Then there was a problem with the mgr getting the keys which we placed in the drop box at the office door as instructed. These were all pretty minor (except the parking fee). We would definitely rent this again...especially as know we know how he unit!
