Nature Lover’s Oasis is quiet and private with a water lily pond. The pond has koi, blue gill, trout and tilapia. This family-oriented residence offers a tastefully furnished interior with AC, ceiling fans, a smart TV, WiFi, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, as well as a spacious backyard. Soak up the sun at Melbourne Beach, hang out by the pond or simply relax in the screened porch.

Florida Fishing Trip

Lovely clean house

The home was lovely and very clean. Only 25 min away from giant bass fishing at Headwaters Lake. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Very nice and comfortable beds and bedding. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay in a quiet neighborhood

House is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was just the one tv in the living room although that wasn't a problem for us. For the price it was a good deal.

Good location and property.

Wife and I came to boat in Sebastion Inlet and Melbourne area. So this was a middle point to both areas. Property was suitable for our 18 foot boat. House was spacious and well kept. Was just the wife and I, but home easily can accommodate a family or group of 8+. Lots of room for kids to play.

Private and comfortable

We loved this large home! Super comfortable: The AC kept the house very cool and the matresses were perfect. Kitchen has everythjng you needed for cooking a meal. We did have to purchase plastic cups for fear the little ones would break the glasses lol. Walmart is 10 minutes away and offers free pick up next day with a $35 purchase. Costco 20 minutes aways has the famous liquor store. The backyard was very neat. But I think it was just too hot for any wildlife other than the fish to venture out. We saw one egret and one of us saw a turtle near the road. Plenty of anole lizards.

Great Home / Great Owner

We had a wonderful stay in the Malabar area. We found this property to be conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and found the property owner to be very responsive and eager to make the needed corrections. We will definitely look to use this property again the next time we come to the area.

Annual fishing trip

The house and property is gorgeous. The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Close to Headwaters lake, Stick marsh and Lake Garcia. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Fishing trip

Very easy check in Sam is a great host.We would definitely stay here again The house is in a great and quiet location.Had plenty of room to park the boats with out having to worry about them getting tampered with.
