I stayed here for 4 nights with my family of 5. I was a great location and very clean. The host was amazing. Any question's that I had they responded very quicklyI would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. This is our 3 time staying at the complex love the location. #309 was great very clean had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy!

Great location

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We were there for a concert festival and it was less than a 10 min walk! Super comfortable for a family and would definitely stay there again!

Adorable gem at the perfect location!

You will not be disappointed, this adorable condo has a large (fully stocked) kitchen and living room perfect for entertaining with the whole family. It sits conveniently between both the boardwalk and bay areas, the views are amazing.

Cute Bayside Condo

We were there for a family vacation, perfect location, 2 blocks from the boardwalk. The condo was cute and clean and loved the bayside view. We have already talked that we would stay there again if it's available!

Looked exactly like the photos

had a great stay! The property was nice and clean. location was great, close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away not to see the crowd. The only negative was the pool was always full so we couldn't get in. Will definitely book to stay here again.

Perfect getaway spot

We have stayed at multiple places in OC but this was by far our favorite. The location is perfect, close to everything but just enough away from all the traffic. The views are ideal! The condo was incredibly clean and literally had everything we needed. The rental company was super responsive and maintained contact with us throughout our stay. We will most definitely book this unit again.

Condo was neat and clean for the most part. There was a pull up bar on one of the bedroom doorways with two guests over 6'5" so it was a problem.

Beautiful property

Great location - within walking distance of so much which is a huge plus for us. There was some excitement at the Coast Guard Barracks so we were able to see the MD State Police helicopter land twice. I gave cleanliness a 4 - the only issue was the floor. It's in desperate need of a deep steam scrub.

Place was great, view was amazing, only reason it’s not getting 5 star is due to multi car parking. We’re la parking was available across the street, but it was 86 per night. That was a turn off for sure.

The property was in a nice quiet location and the view was beautiful, there was only one parking space so the other person had to pay. The lock on the door never worked correctly and several times we had to leave the door unlocked in fear that we would never get it open. The shower floors were very dirty. The coffee maker had a filter and coffee from the previous tenant We had to clean and scrub the entire coffee filter. The floors were dirty. The sliding doors on the one tub were filthy. I definitely would not stay here again for the price.

Dirty and Ants

As a long time renter of units in the Assateague House, the location and views absolutely cannot be beat! Having said that, this property needs a deep clean and an exterminator. On first appearance, things seem clean until you look a little closer to see that it really hasn't had a deep clean in quite awhile or the cleaning company which the rental company contracts with needs to be replaced. There were also ants in the living room and kitchen. Ants traps were already out, so clearly this is an ongoing problem. It's also very disappointing to have to pay for a linen package only to then have to make your own beds upon arrival with low quality sheets.

I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. I can assure you, all of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. If you had made us aware that you were displeased with the cleaning, we could have absolutely sent a cleaner back out to you to get the home re-cleaned. I also apologize for the ants as well. We would have been happy to send out our maintenance guy to check those out for you. As for the linens, we do specify that they are only provided for your stay. Dirty/ants

The property was very dirty, we found food under the sofa, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen and living room area. We had ant traps to put out and with a few hours they were full all 4 of them. The baseboards in the bathrooms specifically were filthy the look to have not been cleaned in a long time. The property manager was made aware of everything they offered to send the cleaning crew out to re-clean the property but it should have been done right the first time considering they charge you a cleaning fee. The ant traps that were there took care of the problem but if the cleaning was done properly the ant problem would most likely go away as well.

Amy, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I apologize for any cleaning issues you all may have experienced. I can assure you, all of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. The minute we were made aware of any issues you had, we addressed them immediately and offered to send back a cleaner, to which you denied. You stated that you found some ant traps already under the kitchen sink for you to use, and we also offered to bring more traps or spray, to which you denied and said the traps should be sufficient for now. We apologize you were unhappy in any way; we have gotten those issues addressed with the cleaners and the inspectors as well. We absolutely appreciate all your feedback, and we certainly hope you all think of us the next time you want to visit Ocean City. :-)

The view was amazing and we had a great time, however, all was not as pictured. The shutters facing the walkway were broken, which allowed folks to look into the bedroom. The microwave casing was broken and the bathrooms were not clean. Also, the shower in the main bedroom was shooting water on the ceiling when turned on. Prior to arrival I contacted the owner a few times and never got a response. The management company was very responsive. I texted the issues we note what we found upon inspection. We covered the broken blind with a towel, did not use the microwave and bought clean supplies and cleaned the bathrooms. I was told a maintenance would come to fix the shower, however, no one came. My Son tightened the shower head with his hand but we only used the shower in the main area to avoid water damage. Despite the issues, we had a fabulous time.
