The Ocean Bay Club is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd

in the heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site

amenities include an oceanfront pool & sundeck, lazy river, indoor pool, &

kiddie pool, an on-site fitness center with a covered parking garage. This 4

Bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with

breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, Flat screen TVs &

DVDs in all rooms, Netflix on all TV's except Master Bedroom and an Oceanfront

Balcony with access from the Living Room & Master Bedroom. Remodeled December,

2022. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports

& fishing are all in close proximity to The Ocean Bay Club. We rent strictly

to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc

cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older

chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to

occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund.

Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner.

Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. No Smoking allowed in Unit,

balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf

Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
