Relax in the shared infinity pool and spa (please note this is shared with the other properties in the estate) located just a minute's walk from the beach house.



Set on the edge of the national park this beautiful three bedroom townhouse is situated right at the top of the One Mile Ridge estate, uniquely positioned to take in the spectacular ocean and beach and sea views. Eco-designed to make the most of the ocean breezes this property is well designed to be bright and breezy and is ideal for families up to 6 people.



Indoor and outdoor living with the main living room bi-fold doors opening up to a full length balcony where you can sit and relax while enjoying the wide ocean views of One Mile Beach.



Watch the whales swim and frolic as they migrate north and south from June to October. The coastline here is one of the most easterly points on the NSW coast and the whales swim very close, often making some spectacular shows!



The views from this townhouse are perfect all year round and when the whales are migrating you will have a perfect vantage point. There is also a track at the rear of the townhouse to get a closer look at these majestic mammals so bring your camera, you will not be disappointed.



The open plan living areas with modern furnishings are perfect for all the family to enjoy their time together plus FREE WIFI is supplied for your convenience.



Walk a few steps to the brand new infinity edge pool and spa (shared) and watch the western sunset while lazing over the infinity edge.



Stroll down the short bush track to One Mile Beach and surf, play, explore and lay back at one of Port Stephen's most popular surf beaches.



The sunrises are another feature of Boat Harbour and well worth the effort to get up early to enjoy this event.



Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for Boats or Jet Skis.



This property is best suited for families. A strict no parties policy is enforced. Strictly maximum 6 guests.

The communal infinity swimming pool and spa is perfect for the family after those big days at the Beach, the 180 degree views are quiet spectacular from this area. The communal BBQ facilities are located next to the pool for your convenience.



IMPORTANT

Before you arrive you will be asked to:

1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.

2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.

3. Sign our rental agreement



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests staying. An additional fee of $50/person/night will be charged for additional guests.



Guest Access:

Keys are available via a lock box. The access code will be shared the day before check in. One vehicle is allowed in the undercover parking space at the front of the house. An additional small vehicle may park in the driveway behind the first vehicle.

Boat Harbour is a peaceful coastal area with a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. It offers easy access to One Mile Beach and Samurai Beach, Tomaree National Park for bushwalking, and nearby shops and cafes. Adventure and wildlife activities like sand dune safaris and dolphin cruises are close by, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration.



Getting Around:

Located in the serene Boat Harbour area, this spot offers easy access to beautiful beaches, scenic walks, and local attractions. Nearby highlights include One Mile Beach and Samurai Beach for sun and surf, Tomaree National Park for bushwalking, and wildlife experiences like the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary. For adventure, enjoy sand dune safaris or marine encounters in nearby Nelson Bay. Dining options like Crest Birubi Beach and Seekers Bar & Cafe are just minutes away.
