Brand new to the rental market, this adorable pet friendly (one pet permitted) condo has an unbeatable view. Soak in the ocean breeze and salt air on the screened porch with your favorite beverage. This spectacular view never gets old and is the perfect spot for the gorgeous Harbor Island sunsets. Hunting Island State Park pass included with the rental!

The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to feel at home while at the beach. You will enjoy cooking with all new appliances.

Bedroom features new queen mattress (05/24) and ensuite bathroom.

Relax with a good book or watch your favorite movie in the comfortable recliners or sofa. Perfect for couples!

Renters must 25 years or older to rent the property.

Harbor Island offers activities for the whole family. You can swim in the uncrowded pool or ocean, play tennis or sand volleyball at the club house. Fish in the surf or charter a boat and fishing guide at nearby marinas. Try your hand at crabbing. Take nature walks and watch the seabirds on the beach or see hundreds of nesting egrets and herons, as a lonely alligator lies silently in a green lagoon. Many guests enjoy day trips to nearby Beaufort (15 miles) for boutique shopping, gallery hopping, and delicious food. Treat yourself to a carriage ride through the historic district where stately southern homes share space with grand old live oaks dripping Spanish moss from their limbs. If you like golf, you can play at one of the many beautiful courses in the surrounding area.

*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

Pet fee is $200 per stay.

*Community pools are typically open from April 1 through October 31. Properties are continuously upgraded to provide our guests with an enjoyable vacation experience. Occasionally property furnishings may be subject to change. Great vacation!

Unit was just as listed, clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the covered porch on the days it rained and in the evenings. View is great. Will definitely be back!

Just Breathe

This was our first trip to Harbor Island…. It’s did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place that you and your family can relax, just rest, and enjoy each others company you have found a paradise spot with Harbor Island. Afternoon sunsets are the best!!!!!

Perfect get away

The property is nice everything you need is there. Could have been a bit more tidy the air vent for the AC was really dusty. Nice comfy bed!! Enjoyed my stay would rent again.

October beach trip

We were pleased with the unit. Love the small porch, up high for the views. Very clean. One complaint: terrible and small mattress. Felt like a large piece of foam and believe it was a double not even queen.

Very clean!

Our family of four and one dog stayed in this condo for one week. We had other family also staying in another location on the island. We spent most of our time on the beach fishing. The condo was very clean. There are poop bags provided around the property to clean up after your pet. In our communication with property management, they were very accommodating and available to answer our questions. We would highly highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location harbor island

My husband and I thought this condo’s views were amazing!! Besutiful!! It was also very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable living area 2 recliners.The only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in bedroom. It had a strange and uncomfortable “ plastic liner” on it. Also I woukd definitely remove the very heavy and large dresser as it made the room very cramped and tight. Those are the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

Property needs updates

The condo unit could use some updates with new furnishing. We used the fold out sofa and it needed cleaning. It would have also been nice to have higher seating on balcony to enjoy the view. Also fan on bacony does not work. We had four people in our group and could have used more towels and washcloths. Also, only one washing machine was working and the elevator was hit and miss.

great location

the only negatives are that the owner needs to put window darkening drapes in the bedroom . The light from the outside staircase is very bright. The other is the patio's view is severely curtailed by the wood beam. This is a safety measure but extremely annoying because your view of the ocean is partially blocked .We will rebook but not in that particular building.

Beautiful condo in quaint setting

Beautiful clean condo in quaint setting. Excellent communication with mgmt! Loved that they included pass to nearby state park. The nearby beach had unique tides, very low at times but lovely. Loved that we could also take advantage of beaches at state park. Convenient having washing machine/dryer just 2 doors down. Bed was very soft not our favorite. Elevator went out midway thru stay but only mild inconvenience. However if disabled there is a landing or set of stairs that have to be climbed to get to elevator, so may not be best option if this is the case. Overall one of best Condos ever stayed in!

Pleasant Summer Vacation

The property was nice. The Property manager was so kind and even left us a welcome gift for our 25th anniversary. I was hoping for a more rural vacation w/ less families, but there were more than expected and so the pool was crowded, and it was too loud to sit outside to enjoy the balcony. People did not follow the 9PM pool rule. Otherwise, other than the elevator being out for most of the week and lugging things up 3 flights it was nice. We did not love the area, so we probably won't come back, but it is not the property's fault or the management group.

Great 2 person getaway

We had an excellent stay on Harbor Island. The condo was near two pools and beach access. We used the pass for Hunting Island Park and light house. It had a better beach. Would definitely rent again.
