Our family absolutely loved staying here!! We were so sad to leave! The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Can’t wait to come back. The host was available and attentive to anything we needed!

Before we even arrived the host was already contacting us that the cleaning crew was behind. When we arrived on the property there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, sand all over the floors, towels still in the dryer and hair on the bathroom walls. Also, this lady will harass you and charge you additional fees after you leave even when booking it states all fees are included.

Arrival, Sat.June 20: Our cleaning service gratefully texted that the guest’s response of 5pm eta was met, as guest’s arrival is recorded at 5:21! Guests indicate that pets are coming and when we are not told Pet fees are not added. Cleaning informed us of the two large dogs, we talked with the guest and forgave what should have been the $200 PetFee, as they felt all fees were included. Cleaning added a documented pet excess cleaning fee $50 which was charged. We continue to communicate with our guests, via calls,texts and emails and choose to take the higher road to smooth the way for our guests.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Fripp. The condo was as described and the view was beautiful! I loved having my coffee on the balcony each morning. The condo is right next to the resort club, so if there’s music at night, it can be loud; but the convenience of everything was great. We would love to stay here again.

Furnished nicely!

Unit was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. It is beach front and provided a great view of the ocean. It is located in the middle of the island and very close to the beach club. The owner was very easy to work with.

A hidden gem

Fripp’s Island is a ideal getaway for families. It is a quiet beach with lots of room and the Resort has all you need. Just park and stay. The condo was just as advertised and we loved that our pups could be with us. Could not have asked for more.

Best Location on Fripp Island

Second straight year staying at this property, and making plans for a 3rd. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nicer than ours at home! Centrally located to everything on the island. Private pool and private beach access along with a storage shed for beach equipment. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing View

Our family of 4 children 7 and 4 throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The ocean view and getting to see deer walk the property is enjoyable for all of us. The owner was excellent to deal with and make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked all our meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious! I would highly recommend this property and we will certainly be back.

perfect 2 bedroom condo

I recently stayed at a wonderful 2-bedroom oceanfront condo and wanted to share my review. The condo was not only nice and clean, but it also offered a convenient location right by the beach. The proximity to the ocean made it easy to enjoy the beautiful views and access the beach whenever we wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Great stay on Fripp

Home from another wonderful stay on Fripp Island. This was our second stay at this condo. It is very comfortable, has great views, and is so close to the beach, the beach club and pools. The owner is wonderful to work with and was responsive to any questions we had. We appreciate that amenity cards are included, which meant my husband was able to golf every day! Great getaway!

Location, location, location

Ocean view, right at the beach, sunrise and sunset spectacular. Magical setting. Fripp is a very special place. One resident told us, “There’s not much to do here, and that’s how we like it.” That sums it up well. And the condo fully met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing location. Very comfortable. Everything we neeeded.

The condo is in the PERFECT location to visit the beautiful Fripp Island. The space is well appointed with bathrooms on both floors which was VERY helpful for our Aunt who has mobility problems. The pools and the beach are just steps away. The host was VERY accommodating and easy to work with. We left a silver necklace at the condo and the owner went to a great deal of trouble to make sure it was returned safely. Highly recommend.

Perfect Fripp Trip

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been to Fripp Island many times, over the last 20 years, staying at various locations. This location was, by far, our favorite. Beach access at all times, private pool, center island (making it convenient), quiet, and awesome view. The condo was very nice, well stocked, and plenty of room for our family of five…plus our miniature long haired dachshund. Our host, JoAnne, was great…very responsive and took great care to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely book with her again.

Fripp Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Fripp. We’ve stayed at this condo many times. It is very conveniently located to the beach and dog friendly. Joanne, the owner, is responsive. Our only complaint is the bed in the master is very uncomfortable but she’s agreed to take care of it. We will be back.
