Imagine standing on a balcony overlooking a quiet lake while only being a mile from Disney. Well, that’s what I have for you! A fully furnished condo with full kitchen, 2 washrooms, main bedroom with king bed, New queen sofa bed and bunks for the kids. Enjoy the 70 inch smart TV with secure wifi. A dedicated workspace and a well appointed balcony complete the condo. The property boasts with 2 heated pools, hot tub, charcoal & gas grills. Also, a tiki bar and beautiful dock with gazebo complement the guest experience. There is also a games room for the kids and two exercise rooms. This is comfort, great amenities with a million dollar view!

Perfect

Was great and clean. Easy to get to and had a great view. A lot of amenities like towels, shampoo, conditioner, water etc was provided and very nice to have.

Loved the Condo

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was exactly what the write-up and pictures showed. Some of the highlights were: check-in was easy, large second bathroom for the kids, very comfortable master bed, easy access to parking and elevators, deck overlooking the lake (not directly below the pool to avoid noise), and very clean. We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament and the drive to and from OCCC was very manageable. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Orlando!

We truly apologize that the recent thunderstorms knocked out the internet during your stay. We wish there was something more we could've done to get it restored faster, but it was all in the hands of Spectrum. However, we're glad to hear that everything else during your stay was perfect!

The condo was very nice, clean, and well appointed. The host was very responsive (at first) to our needs and even let us check out a little late. The grounds are a bit dated but had what we needed (pool, game room, bar). It would have all been pretty great except for one thing. The listing claims that shuttle service to and from Disney is included so we didn’t rent a car. When we inquired about the shuttle at the front desk we were told that it was not available to private owners and their guests. We contacted our host who apologized and agreed to compensate us for our Uber rides to and from the park. We sent them our receipts, they have never compensated us as promised, and have ceased all communication.

My condo is on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and overlooks Lake Bryan. The calmness of the lake and trees surrounding it provides a feeling of relaxation. Meanwhile, the property is so close to all vacation needs and wants.
