You'll be able to enjoy the necessities from home paired with bonus amenities for comfort and relaxation all while located right below Bear Mountain Resort which gives your quick and direct access to local hiking trails, golfing, ski lifts, and the newly reopened Alpine Zoo. This lovely sierra style home has been nicely renovated and packed full of essentials for your whole group while sitting on a private and fully fenced lower Moonridge lot, complete with an outdoor patio area, gas BBQ with charcoal smoker, and a private hot tub under the stars.
Entering your cabin you are immediately greeted with custom hardwood and slate flooring paired with knotty pine accents and cozy furnishings. The entry level living room is so warm and cozy featuring plush couches sat around a toasty wood burning fireplace, you will love snuggling up here and watching the snow fall while popping on your favorite movie on the flat screen TV with Cable and WIFI provided by the owners. No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
