New plank flooring throughout and a fresh paint job all new doors & hardware. Both bathrooms have been renovated with new lighting cabinets flooring primary bathroom now offers a tile shower area. Accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Steps from the beach and stunning ocean views from the balcony make this the beach getaway for you! Escape to one of the finest vacation getaways in Ocean City MD!

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Nicely Maintained Unit

Check in went off without a hitch and was very quick. Unit was well maintained and clean. The dryer portion of the washer/dryer unit did not work and either needs repair or replacement (it appeared to be very outdated). Other than that no complaints and well satisfied.

Nice renovated unit in an older building. Old school rental practices like having to check in and out at an offsite property management company during set times is not terribly convenient. With that said, the property management rep was super friendly and helpful. Some basic necessities like sheets and towels are not included. The property management firm offers linen rentals at a rate about three times what it costs to buy new sheets and towels on Amazon. Parking is an additional 20 per day. FYI - Property does not provide a hair dryer All in all a comfortable place with a pretty view. The beach front bar had live entertainment a couple of afternoons during our stay. I would stay again.

Excellent Property

The property was remodeled and very clean in an excellent on the beach location. The only issue I had was that you had to pay after the VRBO payment another 174 to the property manager for linen services. This was not listed anywhere in the VRBO information. Also, the property does not come with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sundries etc. You have to check-in with the property manager during business hours. If you check-in after hours even if you've provided your ID prior to check-in you still must come by the office to get a goodie bag of toilet paper, etc. Had all this been listed in VRBO, I would not have had an issue, but it was after I had made payment.

OC for the week

Overall, great place to stay. Great ocean view, nicely updated. Only complaint, was wish the vacuum worked better to be able to clean the sand tracked in a little better.

Excellent condo high fees

The condo was excellent. New kitchen was extremely well equipt. Plenty of seating in the living area. Of course the view can't be beat. The overall fees of $604 seemed too high to me and some just didn't make sense. Overall the stay was great.

Good vacation at OC

We used VRBO for the first time and the condominium that we stayed in was exactly like it was shown. I would suggest it to anyone!
