Located in Folly Field area this house is just 10 min walk to the beach! We provide all the essentials and great amenities for your perfect vacation. Just come, unpack and enjoy! Fully equipped kitchen, high speed Internet, cable TV, Kids Room and Firepit! Close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores.

FOLLY FIELD BEACH The house is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is the Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach. It takes about 9-10 min to walk to the beach (can take longer with kids or older family members). You can drive your car or a golf cart to the beach. There is a beach parking with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA accessible spaces. Why Folly Field Beach is one of the best beaches in Hilton Head:
+ Folly Field Beach is beautiful.
+ Has parking. Short walk from the parking over the wooden access ramp, continued with access path mat over the dunes. ADA accessible
+ Beach amenities: bathroom, shower, bike rack, drinking fountain, trash cans.
+ Lifeguard during summer season
+ Less crowded than Coligny Beach
+ Some other Hilton Head beaches have no lifeguards, no access ramps, no amenities, no parking.
+ Some other Hilton Head beaches require long walk from parking lot.
+ With no amenities on other beaches, and in some neighborhoods, you have to walk home if you or your kids need to use the bathroom.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed with our dog, we weren’t expecting it to be as spacious as it was! Plenty of room everywhere. Wonderful backyard. Definitely will stay here again. Location is great for dog friendly beaches.

Overall I recommend. Location is great, fenced in backyard is private and perfect for dogs, huge couch for big groups to hang out in - communication nearly immediate…. Had a sooty smoke smell and our bare feet were black with dirt from the floors in minutes, really needs a good steam clean.

Everything was wonderful!

Great location. Easy access in/out of house. Loved the fenced backyard. Comfortable rooms. Well stocked and roomy kitchen. TVs in every room if desired. Stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. if needed. And beach towels there so you won’t need to pack any!

Family friendly!

This was a fantastic location for our big family! There are many rooms and two rooms have bunk beds for all the kids. They absolutely loved the playroom space! Walking distance to Folly Field Beach. We added on a golf cart rental which was super convenient to go to the beach and the kids loved riding it to the nearby arcade and putt putt!! This place is the whole package 🙂

Perfect place!

We came here with our toddler, and it had everything we needed! High chair, kid plates and cutlery, crib and a wonderful playroom. Our son LOVED his play room and playing with the train set. This home was just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the outdoor futniture- it is rusty. And some chairs around the firepit would be nice. We come to HHI often and will definitely be back!

16 Oleander was a great property everything was as described. We had a small issue with the fridge leaking and maintenance was right over to address the issue. The house is located in a very convenient spot in the island close to everything. We will be coming back for sure

Family getaway

Property was as described. The appliances could use some upkeep, functioned but had service lights(filter changes) on. Dryer definitely needs a heating element soon, but gets the job done. House was very spacious, lots of extra little things. Plenty of towels(bach towels too 😁) and several beach chairs, coolers, wagons and umbrellas. Would probably stay again. This home would be absolutely perfectly for those with several little ones.

Fantastic Spot

First I would like to say, this property was great! The management company went over and above to resolve any issues we had (internet connection, TV issues, leak from refrig). The location was fantastic (.3 miles to beach)! The location of the house was a perfect spot on the island. Very easy to get off the island or 10 min to Coligny/Sea Pines. Just a couple of things that might need to be changed: - Double mattress on bunk should be replaced. Very uncomfortable. - Replace table on patio - rusted (didn't use) Add a much larger pan for boiling water.

Pictures are misleading

Still waiting on a resolution to our issue with the property. HVAC doesn’t work properly on one side of the house, so 3 of the 4 bedrooms are so uncomfortably hot (78 degrees average) that you can’t comfortably sleep in them. The house itself looks new and clean in the photos, but it is pretty run-down in person. Couch is dingy and stained, unfinished trim, playroom flooring covered my kids in black stains, etc. you can’t beat the location however. Easy access to anything on the island.

Great Family Place

This is a nice, comfortable property. It was stocked with linens and even beach supplies. Close enough to the beach to walk, if you are the walking type. The location felt very central…we didn’t have to travel far for anything, but also felt tucked away in a cozy beach neighborhood. The house is nice and clean and welcoming. The kids (my children are all young adults) enjoyed lounging around on the couch and watching television. The kitchen is not set up for elaborate cooking, but certainly able to take care of the basics. And the washer and dryer have huge capacity, making it easy to keep up with the beachy laundry. There is a playroom for the wee ones, which would have been very handy for me when my children were small, and the yard is private and fenced. Overall we were all very pleased and had a great stay. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to be close to the beach (but not on it) close to shopping and dining (but not in the middle of it) with great amenities good host support and a reasonable price. Enjoy!

Lovely private home

This property was a nice big private home. It would be great for 2 families with children. A 3 minute drive to the beach. They have chairs, coolers and beach strollers in the garage for use. I would definitely come back

Stayed here with my wife, 4 kids and my dog. House was very clean and. 10 minute walk to the beach via the bike trail. A Mini golf course is right across the street. Fenced in yard was good for my dog.

Great getaway

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The house was perfect and spacious. We enjoyed having a fenced in back yard for the dog. Some of the plants were a little overgrown in the backyard but everything else was wonderful.

Updated flooring throughout; huge sectional in great room with large flat screen TV; nicely decorated bedrooms; new ceiling fans; plenty of fresh towels; fenced in backyard - great for our dog; game/puzzle table in addition to the dining room table; and great location. We really enjoyed our stay!
