In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This renovated first-floor Kiawah Island vacation rental has peaceful lagoon views, a deck and screened porch, and is a five-minute walk to the beach.

This Parkside villa has been newly renovated (2024), including new kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. The open main living space between the kitchen, dining and living areas allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The comfortable living room offers cozy seating with a sofa and two gliders, side chair, floor pillows, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch and deck. The elegant dining area seats six and connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large bar for serving meals.

The primary suite has a king bed, chair, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with brand new shower, and relaxing lagoon views. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The villa boasts great outdoor space, all accessible from two sliding glass doors in the living room. The screened porch features a desirable ceiling fan and a cozy seating area. The screened porch also opens to the back deck. The deck offers a high table with four tall chairs for viewing the beautiful lagoon and island habitat.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Several light bulbs were out throughout the unit and there are spots on the wall that have been patched, but not painted. The deck was covered in webs and had clusters of spider sacs on the railings.

Perfect for our last minute trip!

We booked the property just over a week before the trip. Everything was smooth for checking in and out. Due to the pandemic, we cooked most of our meals at the property. Unlike other properties we considered, this one had everything we needed in the kitchen and made for a very easy and safe trip.

Beautiful Place to Vacation!

This was our first experience with Kiawah Island. The condo was precisely as listed with beautiful views of the pond out your back door, tastefully and warmly decorated, easy access to bike trails and beach! Loved our stay!!

Loved it.

Kiawah is such a fabulous place to visit! Miles of bike trails and lovely flat beaches. The unit was great. Cute decorations, pretty view of the lagoon, well-stocked kitchen. This was the perfect space for our trip. The walk to the beach is about 8-10 minutes, but it’s a pretty and easy walk. If you have a lot of beach gear, renting a cart is probably a good idea. At low tide the beach is expansive, and there’s plenty of room to spread out. At high tide, the closet beach access might be a little crowded for Covid-19 days, but there are lots of places on the beach that are less populated than boardwalk 22 (the closest one to the unit). Also the rental agency was fantastic. We loved our time here and would happily come again!

Great stay

This rental looks just like the photos. There are plenty of towels, the quality was not great, but this isn't my personal home, so not unexpected. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, but only during awake hours, just annoying. That is condo living though. There was an alligator right at the water, that my boys named. Super cool having him chilling out right there. Don't be stupid people, leave him alone and he will leave you alone. Lol. Aside from dumb neighbors and not the softest towels, everything else was perfect. Bedding/sheets unlike the towels were super soft Plenty of kitchen ware. Everything was super clean. Parking was totally fine, and we drive an oversized vehicle. The actual area is awesome with lots to do. Definitely a 5. Thank you for a great stay.
