Weekend getaway

This property was very nice and just as it was stated on vrbo. Only downside was wineries were closed for winter or extremely dead with no music or attendees

It had been SOLD!!! No place to go

When we got to the property after driving 8 hours that day we found out the property had been sold and was no longer a short time rental!!!

Perfect

Three friends stayed three nights and played local golf courses in the area. We were able to barbecue and have a fire outside at night. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Thank you Allan for a nice visit.

A lot of potential..

This property has a lot of potential, but they are missing some of the details that could make it great. It was not very clean. The coffee grounds were still in the coffee maker from the previous renter. The front porch was incredible, a great place to sit and read. However, it had not been cleaned off, probably in a long time. Aside from the smallest bedroom and smallest bed, there were no nightstands by the beds and no night lamps. (A huge detail and missed opportunity for comfort). The jacuzzi tub needs a deep clean. We turned it on and dirt flew out. No tables by the sofa and really only one place to sit. That made it a little uncomfortable. While the kitchen bar was nice, the seats were not really the appropriate size for the bar. The basics for cooking are there, but very basic. I could only find butter knives, so cutting was a chore. The oven needs a cleaning (lots of burn-off when we heated it up) and there is a strange sound (popping) coming from the refrigerator on a regular basis. The fact that we are paying a good amount for cleaning, and it was not very clean was disappointing. When you pay as much for the service and still have to take your own trash and start a load of laundry, somethings off. It is quiet, and that was what we wanted, but the details are missed.
