Sit back and take in the ocean views and cooling breezes from the deck of this ideally located beach house, situated just a 100-metre walk to the sands of Mullawarra Beach. Surfing, swimming, fishing, boating and coastal walks are just some of the activities available a stones throw from the property.

The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry for guests’ convenience. Offering 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s the perfect location for your family getaway. Double lock up garage available. Ceiling fans throughout.

Family Short Stay

Our family enjoyed an excellent few days at Arrawarra. A beautiful roomy house, in an excellent location. Nice and quiet, but only a short drive to great coffee and good food in Woolgoolga.

Great location, very comfortable. Cleaning is an issue - the dishwasher was filthy and the bbq looked like it had never been cleaned and was rusty too. Suggestion - a small weber on the top deck would be so much better.Other than those small issues we had a lovely stay - location is amazing.

Arrawarra with Family

Fantastic location and a great amount of space for a large group. Bedside lights, more tea towels and some more kitchen items would have improved our stay but we had a great time.

Beautiful spot

The house was perfect for 2 families. Everything we needed, some lamps in bedrooms would be helpful. Outdoor shower is a great addition.

Beautiful location and met our needs very well. The house was well laid out and great for a family get together. It was a little lacking in the crockery and cutlery area and the cleaner must have been in a hurry.

We had a lovely stay at Fuller Street. Right on the beach. Beautiful breeze coming through the house. Sounds of the ocean at night. Kangaroos bouncing around. Highly recommend

"place with a view"

Over all the property was clean and comfortable. We found the brush that was provided was an out door one with hard bristles. It would have been good if there were at least one bed side table in the rooms.

Great experience!

The location whilst not walkable to shops was perfect in relation to beach front. A pool at the property would have made a 10 plus. Cleanliness was not up to my standard however didn’t deter from the overall experience. Dishwasher wasn’t working and parking was difficult for two vehicles. Overall we had an enjoyable stay!

A wonderful holiday property - price was ok as long as it doesn't increase. A few bedside tables and bedside lamps and better looking bedding / linen would be a big improvement. Everything else was really great.

Great location right on green zone anointing beach.

The location is fantastic. Right on a 50 metre partly wooded part grassed green strip behind a nice beach. The house has scattered ocean/surf views over the green zone and we spotted many whales offshore from the living room during our 4 days there in September. The house felt comfortable and private with the soothing sound of the surf zone at night. Fit out is a little tired but the house was roomy and functional and pleasant. My only suggestion for improvement would be introducing wifi as there is very little phone signal and maybe giving the interior of the house a bit of a freshen up. Generally though, very happy with our stay there.

House and location was great. Found a vape just near lounge so obviously not cleaned very well.

Only one broom which was useless then broke. 2 brooms needed, one upstairs one down as grass clippings were inside constantly as it was raining and lawn had just been mowed
