Unit 3 is located on the 2nd floor and has been recently refurbished offering a fresh and beachy interior. It will sleep 5 people in a Queen, 2 singles and single fold-out (best suited to a child) + features air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, 40 inch TV, waterfront balcony, 1 bathroom with separate toilet and laundry. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
***Please be aware that the parking is tandem and it is shared with Unit 1 (if occupied). There a couple of visitor parking spots onsite which is a first-in best-dressed. There is also free parking available across the street***
