Hi Fiona, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback from your recent stay. We are glad you enjoyed the location, unfortunately the lifeguard tower is in front of the unit complex, we do try our best to show this in the photos. We could have provided you an additional set of keys if you had of popped into our office, as you checked in while we were closed we can only give 1 key out, however we can provide another one once our office is open. We are very sorry about the sofa bed situation, I am not sure what has happened there however I have checked out web listings and changed this as it has been something that was removed over 6 months ago.

Hi Karen. I am terribly sorry again. We most certainly appreciate your feedback and after your departure we inspected the property to check on the issues you had mentioned. It's unfortunate that no-one had previously advised us that the kettle and toaster were broken/in need of replacing and same with some of the maintenance items. Normally the cleaner would let us know since we don't conduct an inspection after each booking. I am terribly sorry. These items have now been replaced. Whilst the kitchenware is not all matching we did find it to all be in sound condition and enough for 6 guests. Sometimes people will accidently break something and replenish with something unmatching. The curtains are also in the process of being replaced. The couch appeared to be okay to us but we certainly did pass on your feedback to the owners to consider replacing this down the track. Again we are terribly sorry Karen that you did not enjoy staying here and that the below mentioned items weren't up to scratch. We hope that the partial refund provided has compensated for this in some way however I am just so sorry for these problems at the property. Kind Regards Sarah
