First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay. It’s clear we didn’t meet your expectations, and I deeply regret the issues you encountered. I’m really sorry to hear that the pool and spa were not up to standard, and I’ll be looking into the cleanliness and temperature of both immediately to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. The alarm situation is absolutely concerning, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been. I can only imagine how disruptive it was, especially at that hour.
