NEマヨルカのこのヴィラは、その位置によって非常にユニークです。キャニメル湾の水際にあり、マヨルカの北東海岸の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。そこの自然は完全に保存されています。海水は透き通ったターコイズと深い青の色合いで、ビーチは砂浜で安全で、村には個性と歴史があります。このエリアはとてもリラックスしており、同時に非常に魅力的で高価ではないレストランやカフェが周りにあります。近くの村、カララジャダには美しい港があり、島で最もトレンディな町の1つです。ファッションショップ、カフェ、バー、ナイトアミューズメントなど。

サンディビーチは、ヴィラから徒歩圏内です。ゴルフ場（18ホール）はわずか1マイルです。このエリアでは、水泳、ダイビング、釣り、テニス、サイクリング、乗馬、山歩きなど、あらゆる種類のスポーツを練習できます。 5〜8マイルのランダムなエリアに、さらに3つのゴルフ場があります。

Location confortable à Canyamel.

Confortable maison placée à l’abri du bruit et de la foule. Juste à côté des grottes d’Artá. En hauteur de la ville. Parking privé. Le jardin est petit et il n’est pas praticable ni aménagé. Le balcon et les fenêtres donnent sur la mer avec une vue très belle! Le bruit des vagues au matin est génial! Nous n’avons pas utilisé les baignoires dans les chambres. Les douches et la cuisine sont suffisantes. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciée. Là maison était relativement t propre sauf la mezzanine au dessus du salon (matelas sale et poussière …) nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’utiliser cette partie de la maison. Hôte très réactive et disponible. Très aimable .

We liked so much to be so close to the sea that it has been a unique experience.

All has been easy from the very beginning and comunicación with the owner has been perfect all the time. The area of North East Mallorca is spectacular; no crowds , magnificent beaches , charming villages like Arta and Capdepera and great food in very cosy restaurants. We have had an ideal holiday, hoping to return next year.

Si close to the sea! Marvellous location!!

A marvellous holiday. Ideal for a sea relaxing holiday. No crowds and marvellous beaches. The house extremely convenient and very cosy. Certainly a place to return!!

Ohne Worte

Die Villa war ein Schock für uns. Es war so dreckig überall und es stank extrem. Die Toilette im Obergeschoss war nicht benutzbar und in dem sogenannten Bad spritzte beim Duschen das Wasser nach oben weil der Duschkopf so dermaßen verkalkt war. Auch befanden sich bei den billigen Plastikmöbeln noch bei den Kissen alte Socken von Vormietern. Unser Kleiner fing nach der Besichtigung der "Villa " an zu weinen weil er es so schrecklich fand. Wir haben 1 Nacht hier verbracht und konnten zum Glück am nächsten Tag noch eine sehr schöne Wohnung finden. Nie wieder würden wir hierher kommen wollen!!!

Recreation and recharge

It is now the fifth time to come to this place with 4 friends which we call our "center of recreation and recharge". The house is most impressive because of the large window doors in the spacy lining room. The light is flooding the house. The view to the bay of Canyamel and the rocks on the left is unforgettable. The house provides quite practical furniture with couches to relax and spacy table for dining. WiFi is available and keeps you well connected to the world of either friends or business. What we really appreciated: as a house is equipped with a lot of techniques it might happen that maintenance might be needed. One call to a nice local guy: and any problem is being solved. What has become a good custom for all of us: going down to the beach not by car but walking along the cost line. It is worth to take this walk!!! We have done our booking for October 2016.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The Villa caught my attention when I was on holiday on the island with some friends. I was staying in the neighbouring town of Cala Rajada and we decided to take a day trip to see the Coves d'Arta. When I saw the views from the Cliff I fell absolutely in love with the area. Then, a couple of years later I saw the new development of Punta Na Jordi and purchased the villa with the best views!

The Villa has a panoramic view of the sea. Through its large windows you can constantly sea the waves breaking against the water. When the windows are open, the Villa is populated with the scent of sea water and greenery. The summer breeze that penetrates the villa in the summer is pure and it offers a break from pollution and dust. Finally, it is on a cliff! When I am inside my villa, I can't hear the sounds of an agglomerated city. I can't hear cars, I can't hear people - it has brought me some of the most relaxing and recharging moments in my life and I hope it does so to you too!
