Great location and plenty of room for everyone. Woke up to elk as our view each morning off of the balcony for our morning coffee. Laundry on site was super convenient and beds were comfy. Kitchen had more cooking items then expected and crockpot was perfect for chili.

Great house

We loved the house and the location. Right on the golf course. There were 3 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and we also enjoyed the pool table down stairs.

Great place

The house was great, only a couple things would have made it better. Need to upgrade your tv channels cause you can’t even watch ESPN!! The a/c would freeze up if you set the thermostat below 72 that needs fixed. Other then that the place was great!!!

Overall, I would rate the cleanliness of the house at 95%. The main issue was that most of the cabinet interiors were either sticky or dirty and could use some extra attention from the cleaning crew.We also encountered a few minor inconveniences. We had to purchase our own trash bags, and the bathrooms weren’t stocked with spare toilet paper rolls. Additionally, we bought a portable fan for the downstairs bedroom since the ceiling fan wasn’t working. Many of the other ceiling fans throughout the house were quite dusty as well.Unfortunately, the golf course the property overlooks is in poor condition, though that’s not the owners’ fault. The view itself was still very nice.On the positive side, the home was extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of ten. Despite these few issues, we would happily stay here again, hopefully with those concerns addressed before our next visit.

Great views and location but needs updating

Great spot to stay and spacious downstairs game room, however many things that could use attention and updating. My notes during stay: Broken can openers Jack and Jill shower no working Dirty chopping board First bedroom king bed terrible Sheets feel like they could give you a paper cut for sudden movement. Figured there would be more bathroom toiletries (soaps) Hall bath door doesn’t lock No kitchen towels? Blow dryer doesn’t blow hot air Dryer in garage doesn’t work Toilet downstairs hard to flush/not working Kitchen clock doesn’t work No ice maker or ice trays in fridge Cable is a joke White cue ball missing and pool stick broken Kitchen stool loose almost completely broke Blinds caked with dust and hallway bath floor under vanity full of dust bunnies

The stay was good and has a nice view, but the WiFi never worked even after the maintenance guy tried to fix it, dishes were not clean, towels and sheets were not cleaned well at all.

Nice, comfortable cabin.

Property is very nice, clean, comfortable, and suitable in a walking distance from downtown. Everyone enjoyed the stay. We definitely will rent it again.

Great spot on the 18th hole!

Spectacular view located on the 18th hole of Cree Meadows golf course. The upper balcony was a favorite to all, to gather, visit and take in the gorgeous sun set. We ordered take out from a yummy favorite, Casa Blanca, and had plenty of room at the big dining table that seats eight. We will consider renting in the future.

Great Stay for a large group

This home was great for our large group! The only issue we had was one of the couples had a last minute issue with boarding arrangements they had for their dog because the property description said no pets allowed. I also signed a rental property agreement that stated that this property did not allow pets and it could lead to eviction of the rental if pets were found. Because of these statements we did not even bother to ask for permission and fortunately the couple was able to find other arrangements for their pet. Well when we picked up the packet and keys, the last sentence of the information packet stated "mature pets welcome". I never addressed it with the rental group but there should more clarification about whether pets are allowed or not. The house itself was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, great location, and we had a great time. We would love to stay again.

The place was cozy and clean spacious I would highly recommend renting from this place very friendly

The individuals had a lively time, relaxed. Being in a different environment has done them good after being closed in due to the COVID. We will be back again closer to spring time thank you for your hospitality.

Great home, just needs sports package

Second time to rent this home. It’s a great place to stay in Ruidoso. My only issue was the lack of channels, ESPN and other sports channels.

Great for a family getaway

My family, my sister’s family, & my parents (9 total) rented this house for 3 nights. It was perfect! Everyone had a nice BIG comfortable bed. There were plenty of bathrooms for us to all get ready. The kids ranging from age 16 to age 20 enjoyed having their own space downstairs to play pool, watch TV, & enjoy the hot tub. The garage was very convenient for my dad who has mobility issues to enter the house. The house was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, & the Main Street. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning out on the back deck overlooking the golf course. Lots of wildlife to admire! Our stay was just perfect!

Great house for multiple families.

We loved our stay. We had three families stay in the house and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed morning coffee looking at the mountains and the deer roaming the golf course.
