This lovely 3 BR townhome was completely remodeled in 2022. In the highly desirable Lakeland Village, you'll be near the lake, surrounded by majestic mountains - and just seconds from the beautiful private beach and lakeside pool, 1.5 miles to Heavenly Resort and Stateline. A plethora of shops and restaurants are just moments away.
This home does not have air conditioning.

This home can host a maximum of 7 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Soak it up! You’re at the lake, surrounded by mountains, just steps from Tahoe’s best casinos, restaurants & shops! The living area is more than ideal for lounging after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings & large picture windows let in an unsurpassable natural light. w/comfy seating, a large dining table for 6, & 3 bar stools along the kitchen island there is space for everyone to relax & spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large 55” TV w/soundbox above the large electric fireplace. On the second floor, a 3 tiered sliding door opens up to the deck, making it feel like the home is expanding into the outdoors.

2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit, one w/a queen bed & the other w/2 queen beds. Both have 42” HDTVs. Both share a full bath w/walk-in shower. On the second floor there is a half bathroom w/a single sink & toilet. The third floor features a full bed, a 35” HDTV, & an en-suite full bath w/walk-in shower.

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. A short stroll takes you straight to the lake! Beautifully landscaped w/great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, and sauna. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service
This unit is not include the beach towel service. No worries! We supply plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home and beach.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

Girls weekend

We came from all of the country, first time to Tahoe and enjoyed our stay. Place was well stocked and clean and a great location. Property management was excellent and responded to every question and need right away. Would stay again!

Luxury condo

The condo was modern and full of luxuries, such as a built in cappuccino, coffee, any hot drink you want machine, heated floors in the bottom floor, fancy fire place, and everything you need in a fully stocked kitchen! The location was perfectly centrally located! The view at sunset was the best! Loved every minute here and I highly recommend!

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and well-apportioned apartment. It had all the amenities one needs. The location was ideal for hiking and restaurants. The beach was steps away and serene. Loved the modern decor and the high-end cappucino machine was extra.

Birthday getaway

This property was great. The place was very modern, super clean and they thought of everything you could need being away from home. Loved the espresso maker and the heated flooring. The linens and towels were clean. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Looks just like pictures

We stayed here on a 5 day trip for my sisters 60th birthday. The place is beautiful, clean and organized and looks exactly fly like the pictures. It was also very centrally located and east to get around town which was extra important as we were there during a huge storm. Would highly recommend. We are thinking about coming back for a summer trip

Haven near the lake

We were in town for a concert at Harrah’s. We arrived Friday evening and had no problem finding the unit since Google Maps shoes where in Lakeland Village the specific unit is. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife, myself, and our two teens. Other than putting a few things in the fridge, we didn’t use the kitchen much, but it appeared well furnished. Overall a great experience.

Beautifully upgraded unit, a few short steps to the water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was immaculate. The upgraded features were incredible & gave a luxury feeling to the unit. Automatic sensing lights, high end appliances and LVP floors kept the unit cool in the summer. The RNR team was very responsive and accommodating. The only downside was Lakeland as a whole was very subpar. The pool and hot tub did not look clean, the lawn chairs in pool and on beach were broken and worn down, the gym was practically non-existent (old broken machines) and the women’s sauna was broken with no indication of it being fixed. The facilities as a whole was disappointing considering the price point.

The kids went Parasailing, we al loved the beach and we found great restaurants nearby. Their was a little room for improvement. The garbage situation was a problem. The garbage was not picked up all week. When I called to complain about the smell and flies, someone came and removed a couple bags from the container on the porch, leaving the oldest and most foul bag still in the container. I had to call again to get that removed. Coming back to the condo (or leaving) you could smell the garbage from 10 feet away.

My kids are kind of spoiled and have relatively high expectations for lodging/food options when we vacation. They were very happy with the accommodations at this condo and we ended up staying in most of the time (other than snowboarding) because we felt comfortable and pampered at the condo. The one big drawback we noted was the community hot tub situation - there were a ton of people using the hot tub at 5 pm (when everyone is off the slopes) and so we decided not to use at all. The other minor issue was our request for early check-in - the management company wouldn't give us a firm/straight answer (they said it may be possible) so we were left hanging only to find out that we couldn't have early check-in just before our scheduled check-in time. We could have used our time better if they would have just told us it wasn't possible from the beginning.

Disappointment in Tahoe. Renters Beware.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not properly cleaned. Kitchen cabinets were dirty. Drinking glasses were visibly dirty. Drawers in the bedrooms were dirty. Blankets in the living room were dirty and smelled. We had to wash them. Large amounts of dirt and debris under the cushions of the couch.The exterior of the buildings and the common areas were very run down and dilapidated. In general, the facilities did not seem to be well maintained. General paint peeling on all the buildings and stairs. Hatch cover on the trash bin was broken, with exposed rusty nails. Grounds were dirty. Trash was not picked up. Pools and hot tubs had a tremendous amount of sand on the bottom. In general, there seemed to be very little maintenance of the grounds happening during our stay. The most disappointing thing about our stay was the overcrowding. We were never able to find a spot at the beach... not one time. In fact, most the beach was completely filled with what appeared to be semi-permanent constructs. People had erected portable tents/huts, which they would leave in place overnight, with all of their chairs and beach toys chained together. This extended in two rows from one end of the beach to the other. As a result, we never had the opportunity to put a chair or even spread a blanket anywhere near the water. Even at 6 am in the morning, there was no unclaimed beach space. There were never any open lounge chairs at the lakeside pool, which was always overcrowded. Our only option for pool access was the one at the lodge which had road noise, was shaded most of the day, and in the middle of a construction project.Parking was very difficult. We never once saw an employee checking parking passes and are convinced that there were many outsiders on site the entire time, using the facilities. The Fourth of July fireworks show was a debacle. We were issued wrist bands to be on property. However, no one was checking wrist bands that evening. As a result the property was pack
