AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.
This premier, corner condo at Cinnamon Shore North offers 2 covered balconies with scenic views to Lake Colby and to Town Center! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has West Indies vibe that mixes classic with contemporary. The cozy family room is flooded with natural coastal sunlight. It opens to the dining area for 4 and an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances and an island with sink, and bar-height seating for 4. Both king-size bedrooms have private baths, and one has a walk-in closet.
Shiplap detailing and great light fixtures add character and style throughout. Located near the lakeside pavilion and fishing dock, it’s also close to Town Center for seasonal activities and live music, which drifts up to the condo’s front deck!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Lucky Ole Sun is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lucky Ole Sun the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
