This serene, 2nd-floor condo at Cinnamon Shore offers a coastal-chic retreat with balcony views directly into the Town Center. The beach and three community pools are always a short walk away!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: An all-white kitchen with bar seating looks over the dining area into the family room, all dressed up in beachy blues and white! Relax on the sectional sofa or comfy chairs. Play games or serve a meal on the farmhouse-style dining table with banquette seating. White shiplap provides a farmhouse-chic backdrop with character.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Enjoy the comfortable, king-size bed in the primary suite, with a bathroom that has a shower. The kid-friendly twin room has a bathroom with a tub/shower. And a great pullout sofa couch.

GREAT FEATURES: You'll love the sunset views and central location in the heart of Cinnamon Shore, with easy access to outdoor movie nights and live music during busier seasons and holidays. Plus, on-site dining at Lisabella's Bistro or Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria is nearby, along with Coffee Waves, The Market, and The Bottle Shoppe. Your rental comes with two parking spaces!

This is a condo that’s fully stocked and designed for a family or a few friends to share!

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Blue Serenity is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Serenity the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

A Serene Little Home For A Perfect Getaway

It has everything you need and the one thing that was missing (cutting boards) I called the front desk and they brought us some brand new ones within a couple of hours.The only reason we wouldn't stay in this particular unit again is that the light from the passageway come into the smaller bedroom. My daughter needs a dark room to sleep in and could not sleep in this room, hence ended up on our bed.

But we were a bit disappointed and confused that the owner chose to keep the bedroom clothes closet locked for their own personal storage. Our guests were not able to hang their clothes or store their suitcases and bags, and there were no dresser drawers in that bedroom to put clothes away as well. Unfortunately it was awkward and embarrassing, as our guests had to put everything on the floor around the beds which took up needed floor space to walk around in their bedroom.

We loved the second bedroom with the two twin beds for kids. The balcony had a great view of the grassy common area and we got to hear live music at night.The amenities at Cinnamon Shore were also great. Dylan's Pizza was amazing and the pools were super fun.One gripe: the move-in/move-out process was a little annoying. We were on the second floor and had lots of bags to bring in. There was a luggage cart in the building, but it was rusted from the salt air and literally falling apart, so we couldn't use it very well. There are also a bunch of annoying raised transitions on the floor when you go from the hallway to the elevator room that make it tough to wheel luggage in. Small improvements in this area would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, we had an awesome time.

Great Condo But No Pool Towels

However, also not a single pool towel nor kitchen towel provided by owners. Also there’s a security lock unaided down very low so our kids managed to lock themselves inside the unit. We had to call maintenance and wait for a ladder to get up to 2nd story balcony. Additionally, the heated pool was not warm enough to swim in this year so disappointing. We’ve had better experiences at Cinnamon Shores - staff wouldn’t even provide additional kitchen towels. Then finally on last day some new towels with tags still on arrived.

We LOVE Cinnamon Shores!
