This is the main floor of a house; upstairs there are two toddlers and a dog (approx. wake time 7-7:45. Though rare, earlier is also possible). Please be aware you may hear noises from the dog and children walking upstairs! The dog may noisily 'say hello' from upstairs when you arrive but will settle down.

The unit is heated with a cozy gas fireplace that can be turned on or off by guests to your own comfort level. There is extra electric heating in each bedroom should you like a warmer bedroom at night. In the summer there is AC.
