Sea Pine Cottage has coastal interiors and light-bathed rooms that inspire a feeling of serenity and calm. Upon entry, the spacious living area overlooking lush lawn and garden flows through to a second lounge or media room with a big screen tv featuring Foxtel, opening to a paved alfresco terrace with BBQ. There s plenty of space for relaxation and family time.
The kitchen at the heart of the home provides convenient access to the dining and alfresco areas for easy family holiday meals.
Three cheerful bedrooms share a generously proportioned bathroom with shower; whilst a separate powder room off the laundry and living areas provides extra convenience. The single-level layout and front access via a gentle ramp also make this cottage a wonderful choice for families holidaying with grandparents or for those with mobility issues.
Please note: Minimum booking age of 21 years of age, parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed if you are booking the cottage only. If you are travelling with a pet, you must book Sea Pine Cottage and Studio.

Sawtell has a beautiful and vibrant village feel and stunning beaches and headlands. The 75yr old iconic fig trees shade picturesque First Avenue, with its collection of shops, boutiques, cafes, licensed restaurants, a beautiful cinema, recreational clubs and an award-winning hotel just to name a few. Sawtell is home to renowned surfing spots, safe patrolled beaches as well as a host of sporting and recreation including golf, bowls, tennis, croquet, mountain biking and fishing.

Sea Pine Cottage is located across the road from Sawtell beach reserve. It is just a 10-minute drive from Coffs Harbour Airport for easy transfers from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It is just 14 minutes drive from Coffs Central Shopping Centre and within easy reach off all of the attractions of the Coffs Coast.
