This conveniently located mid-rise building offers large one room efficiencies. Each unit offers 1 bath, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. Outdoor picnic tables and barbeque grills are provided for your enjoyment. Just 100 yards from Bahia Marina, dining and nightlife. Close to the fun and sun of the beach and boardwalk across Coastal Highway. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Keurig coffee maker. Accordion divider between living room and bedroom area. Coin-operated laundry located on 2nd & 4th floor.

Beautiful Weekend

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Great location and very clean and comfortable. Would def stay here again as well as highly recommend!

The hallways smell horrible and need updating. Inside the unit looked as the pictures show however… the place was dirty (floors gross, used wash cloth hanging in bathroom, crumbs/hair/ clothing tags oh and bed bugs on mattress) yes that’s right, second night there found a bed bug on one of the beds! Gross!!! What was suppose to be a great time away for my husband and I turned into a nightmare! To top it all off we (myself and vrbo) could not reach the host nor the management company. Thank god I booked through VRBO so they could walk me through what to do (vacate property, leave keys on counter). I’ve never dealt with something like this so I was clueless. Management company reached out 930 this morning to let me know they will reach back out after the maintenance tech goes and inspects the unit, let’s see how this goes!

Great stay!

The stay was great and everything I could ask for. The pictures of the place were accurate, the appliances were all new, and the smart TV was very helpful. The only issue that i had was the Wall AC unit was incredibly loud, and the main lobby door was difficult to unlock to start getting in.

Fantastic Location and modern clean place

The pictures really do accurately describe the unit. It was just remodeled as can easily be picked up by the new smell and the newly appointed place throughout. The beds are super comfortable and the location couldn’t be better as it’s so close to so many places too eat and also to thee beach and boardwalk. Definitely worth every penny we paid and personally I think the owners could get more.

Room

The location was great, but there were a few problems with the room. The beds needs new mattress covers (update). Had burnt marks on it. Also, the pull out sofa had stains on the cushions (did not pull out, just put my sheets over the cushions.

It was great until

It was a great stay however other tenants had dogs and they would bark all day and some nights and the wall are paper thin so we heard it there should be a warning that other tenants might have dogs etc
