The building features coin operated washer and dryer for your laundry need. The property is around 2 ½ blocks to the beach and walking distance to dining and entertainment.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a building laundry room available to use. Property rents any 3 nights all season!
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
