This modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is the perfect base for your Launceston escape. It is ideal for travelling families, work colleagues or couples. The open plan kitchen, dining & living, open out to the outdoor patio area, complete with fire pot & is just the spot to relax after a hard days work or a day of exploring. There's also a dedicated desk space, should you be travelling for work. And free off street parking for one vehicle.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from the bike track and the Metro bus stop is just 50 metres from the home, which takes you into the city via Launceston General Hospital.The local IGA supermarket is just a 20 minute walk from the house, with some fantastic cafes just a short drive away.

Great Spot

Very tidy little unit well equipped and very handy to everywhere around Launceston we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place.

Warm and Welcoming

Great location, near Cataract Gorge and town. Very comfy house, house was already warmed up when we arrived, very welcoming.

GREAT RENTAL IN LAUNCESTON

This property was amazing, the quality of the furnishings was perfect, it was spotless clean, very comfortable and well stocked. The letting agent was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this rental to anybody. It was in the middle of houses but so what, we had our car and could soon be out into the beautiful countryside.

Very nice place to stay. One of the bathrooms had a damp smell.

Very nice place. The heating/cooling remote needed new batteries and at times was difficult to turn off and on. As said above, one of the bathrooms had a damp smell, otherwise it was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely spacious and clean unit. It was great having 2 bathrooms. The heating was great. Yes we could hear people upstairs but didn’t find it too bad. The only thing I would recommend some extra blankets as some nights we were too hot with the thick doona. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Clean, well appointed and spacious

The property is newly renovated, clean and has everything needed for self catering. Even included some basic cooking supplies and plenty of washing machine a d dishwasher tablets. The rooms were large and comfortable. The yard was private, secure and well kept, with a patio and fire pit. It is about 6 minutes from the city centre but a bit tricky to navigate. The kitchen had a full size fridge and dishwasher and the washing machine was very handy. The only issues were the tripping of the fuse a few times and we couldn't use both TVs at the same time. The property manager knows about this and will investigate. The decor was a bit odd for a modern apartment- personal photographs, lots if dried flowers and fake plants and prints everywhere. The instructions from the manager included being mindful of the upstairs neighbour I think they need a reminder as well. It sounded like a herd of elephants moving around especially at around 11pm each night (it was occupied by one person). This would be great accomodation for a small family
