Our Home is a one of a kind AirBNB experience for your group or family getaway, with endless activities and equipment for every season of the year, such as; Kayaks, Mountain Bikes, A private indoor gym, Basketball ring, Trampoline, Board games and more!
Our home has a beautiful large outdoor decking with great views of the ocean and equipped with a sun lounge and large 10 seat dining area with BBQ. ōSHEN also comes equip with multiple living areas making it perfect for large groups.
The Space:
After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect.
Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver.
ōSHEN is a 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home which can sleep upto 12 guests.
Airconditioning -
-Downstairs split system in living area. Ceiling fans in all downstairs bedrooms
-Upstairs reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Ceiling fans in living room and Master Bedroom.
Bedroom configurations are as followed -
-Upstairs Master Bedroom 1, Queen Bed, Ducted Air-conditioning and heating, Ceiling fan, Ensuite bathroom with large shower and toilet, Built-in robe and sliding door access to the upstairs deck area.
- Downstairs Bedroom 2, Queen Bed with ceiling fan.
- Downstairs Bedroom 3, Queen Bed with Built in robe and ceiling fan.
-Downstairs Bedroom 4, 2 sets of bunk beds, cot and ceiling fan
-Upon request we can setup a rollout foam mattress in downstairs living area for bookings above 10 guests.

-Breville Pod Coffee Machine, Fridge & Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Stove, SMEG Kettle, SMEG Toaster.
-All plates, cutlery, pots & pans.
-Basic cooking amenities, Coffee pods & Tea.

-Large fully fenced front yard with ground floor sun lounge and hammock.

-Fully fenced backyard with fire pit, outdoor shower, large grass area, basketball ring and trampoline. (please note firewood will not be provided during summer season).

The Neighborhood:
ōSHEN is located on the Esplanade at Aldinga Beach. Walk across the road to one of South Australia's most beautiful beaches. A short 5 minute walk to Sicily Mare Pizzeria & Jimmies Takeaway and Pizza. Opposite to the pizza bars is a playground and BBQ area.
Another key attraction nearby is The McLaren Vale wineries, home to some of Australia's greatest wines.
Getting Around:
The bus route on Aldinga Beach Esplanade can take you to a variety of nearby locations, such as: McLaren Vale, Sellicks Beach, Willunga and Aldinga Central.
