Laze-away Studio on Acreage

A rural residential property on the footsteps of the Sunshine Coast hinterland, hidden yet close to everything and just 1 hour north of Brisbane. A tranquil area over looking the dam with fire pit and 11m pool adds to your relaxation. Set on 3 acres the self contained studio is beneath our family home with own entrance via the garden. Help yourself to produce from the garden and collect the yummiest eggs for breakfast! Zeus our friendly Mastiff/Great Dane is sure to say G’Day.

Dru was extremely friendly and helpful and totally respected our privacy. The property is beautiful and peaceful and the pool is amazing. We had fresh eggs straight from the chickens. On several occasions when we would arrive home Zeus would escort us to our accommodation. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay. Thanks Dru, Carmen,Dylan and Zeus.

It was a beautiful place, with great amenties. Just perfect and a lovely hoast. Their dog Zeus was very friendy and seemed very proud do show you his property on walks.

This is a beautiful, peaceful quiet place that we both really enjoyed. There are some really enjoyable places to eat out just down the road at Palmwoods including The Shed, Palmwoods Hotel & Rick's Garage (a really cool American style diner.

A beautiful studio on a small hilly acreage with views. Hosts are very nice and considerate, they have prepared everything necessary for guests to stay comfortably there for a holiday. Location is good, close to most attractions in that area. Highly recommend!

Short visit to Chevallum

High quality accommodation with everything we needed!!! Comfortable beds that were needed after a full day’s visit to Montville. Hosts Dru and Carmel was very friendly. Will always go back again and wished our stay could have been longer!!! Love Zeus and already miss him.

Relaxing in a rural retreat

Dru was an excellent host. The studio was really thoughtfully equipped eg with a wonderful selection of teas, fresh eggs, and condiments in the cupboard. Lovely waking up to the kookaburras. Netflix perfect on a rainy day, and the pool lovely on a fine one

Perfectly suited my needs

Laze Away was the perfectly quiet & comfortable location for me while attending a 4 day musical retreat in Eudlo. The gorgeous pool provided a cool reprieve from the heat of the weekend; the studio apartment had everything I needed and the equipment and information provided there by the hosts was comprehensive. Should I get to go to the retreat again in 2025, I will try and book here again.

Laze-away..It is..

Peaceful setting for a relaxing short stay. Great outlook especially when relaxing in the pool. Compact, neat and very tidy Studio. Helpful to have a good selection of condiments/kitchen supplies for those of us who like to cook. Location quite handy to Buderim, Palmwoods, Mooloolah Valley areas and to Mooloolaba/Alex Headland beaches. Hosts Dru and Carmen were very accommodating. We look forward to staying again.

Great little get away

Beautiful little stufio with private bush view and excellent gardens. Host is super friendly, would definitely nook again.
