Beautifully Furnished and Dog Friendly Townhome Minutes to the Beach

Full Week, Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only. This lovely pet friendly townhome in Lewes overlooks the area’s finest par-three golf course, offering a serene and scenic setting for your getaway. Tastefully appointed across three stories, this home features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for families or groups. The first floor offers open living with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living space, plus a powder room. Step out onto the screened porch to enjoy gorgeous views of the golf course while relaxing or dining al fresco.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the master suite occupies the entire third floor, creating a private retreat with scenic surroundings. Heritage Village provides a community pool and convenient access to a grocery store, outlets, and additional shopping. Located just off Route 1, the home offers easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, and is only 5 miles from Cape Henlopen State Park. This property is also available for short-term rentals during the off-season, making it perfect for year-round coastal escapes. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, well equipped, and located right on a nice little golf course that we played twice.

The property had a great layout. We enjoyed our stay. I would suggest that the windows be cleaned as they are quite dirty with a lot of print marks on them.

Nice property

We enjoyed staying here for our annual summer trip to the beach. The location was convenient for us. We did end up with a broken window from a stray golf ball because of it's proximity to the golf course though.

Beautiful home

Plenty of room/space, beautifully appointed. Kitchen fully equipped. Only issue was the clothes dryer stopped working mid-week.

Great stay!

The property was very clean and right around the corner from the community pool. Its a block off of the main road, but you would never know it. It was very peaceful. Prepare to get your steps in, it is 3 floors. We enjoyed watching golf in the evening from our back porch and our pup got some attention from golfers that passed. Be aware, you must pay attention there. We had several golf balls hit very close to us. We would definitely return if in the area. A grocery store, movie theater, outlets and many dining options are also very close.

Property was very well-maintained and nicely appointed. Plenty of space in the living room, kitchen was larger than I thought. Each bedroom was spacious in size, comfortable clean and bathrooms as well. The only drawback to the whole experience was the check-in process. You basically can’t show up early, need to line up in a hot parking lot waiting for your keys to be given out. I have rented in the past and a lockbox on the door would have been much simpler, more direct and “comfortable”. Also didn’t realize that the unit is 3 floors, so lots of steps, which means we got our exercise :-) Situated on the golf course was very scenic. Great location to restaurants and our favorite, Midway gym!

Prime location!

My husband, two children and our pups spent two weeks at this little gem. It was such a great location, close to everything. Even with heavy traffic we could make it to main St in Rehoboth in 25 minutes. The golf course is literally out the back door and the house got hit a couple times with golf balls but it was also a huge perk because my husband went golfing almost daily. There is also a nice community pool available. It was rarely crowded and we always found chairs and space for all of us. Many times it was just us there. The pool access is included in the stay. The pictures don't do this place justice. We thought it was going to be a lot tighter but it had plenty of space for family game nights and activity in the kitchen. There are three floors, with the primary on the top floor, so be prepared to get a leg workout. The couch was a little worn and we had minor cleaning issues but overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely come back. *Would suggest the property management to get a lockbox instead of the hassle of the key pick up.

Property is very spacious, well-appointed and close to everything Lewes and Rehoboth have to offer. Property management was always accessible and responsive as needed.

Our Week at the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Our lodgings were very comfortable. Our only surprise was that the golf course was extremely close to the back deck. So we didn’t feel we could grill meals on the back deck given the frequency of golfers with occasional flying golf balls. It was a minor inconvenience. If you bring a dog you’ll want to avoid going out the back door in case of golf balls. There are plenty of other nice areas to walk your dog in this lovely townhouse community, and we enjoyed our dog walks here. We would stay at one of the properties in this development again. Enjoy your stay - we did! It was a hit with our whole family!
