Wonderfully Appointed 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Come enjoy all of what Lower Delaware has to offer; Bay Beaches, Ocean Beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping as well as Dining at some of the Best Restaurants in the area. The attached garage will be helpful in securely storing your bicycles, beach chairs, and surfboards. This property is situated at the back end of one of the areas nicest par 3 golf courses if you care to take in a match. There is also a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. A beach caddy (on wheels) with umbrellas and two beach chairs are provided for your use. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental. Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Golfers Getaway

The property was beautiful and very clean and tidy. You drive right pass the golf course which is only a stone throw away. The pool is well maintain and very refreshing when it is hot out. The only thing I wish it was a little closer to the beach. The house itself was very clean a tv and every bedroom which was nice and even so board games to play. I would recommend it to others.

Beds didn’t offer support we could t sleep well, and we had a family of 7 and there was never hotwat

Not enough hot water for a family of 7 and the bed doesn’t offer much support. If you like a firm mattress and hot showers this may not be for you. Beside that it was clean. The pool closes at 7 pm every night that’s extremely early when your on vacation.

Wonderful property

The property was great - beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location is very close to several beaches and the pool was a wonderful feature for our kids. Would definitely recommend!

Rehoboth Vaca

This rental was perfect in all respects! Found it perfectly clean, everything was as stated, everything worked, extras like beach caddy & chairs were awesome! Nice pool to refresh in. This unit is close to so many great things - outlet shops, restaurants, waterparks, movie theatre. Realtor was very helpful & check in process took two minutes. Highly recommend this property!

Overall a good property & stay

We loved the house overall. Very clean, nice area & loved having the pool access. Very close the the supermarket so that was really nice. The 1 main issue was the the house was advertised as having a king bed in the main bedroom and it was a full size. Maybe a queen, but I doubt it. And that bed was on a strange angle where it seemed like your feet were higher than your head. That was out only issue with the house. I also wish check in was a little earlier but other than that, it was a really nice place!
