Built in the early 1900s, this impressive, large home equipped with a natural pool, outdoor entertaining, electric car charger & kitchen garden located in Moss Vale is ideal for large groups due to its multifaceted layout. Consisting of two seperate houses with their own kitchen and bathroom/s, the property also has a fully equipped cabin overlooking the park with bunk room for kids where pets can be accommodated and is just two minutes drive into the town of Moss Vale.

Seymour House sleeps up to 22 people. It is three spaces in one. Booking the Estate gives youaccess to the entire property.
This impressive, large home is ideal for large groups due to its multifaceted layout. Consisting of three separate homes, each with its own kitchen and bathroom/s it boasts the luxury of space as well as the option of all coming together. Sleeping arrangements can be altered to suit.

Walking into the town or Moss Vale will take no longer than twenty minutes where you can find some great cafes, restaurant and retail shops. We are also just behind Rosthwaite Farm where you can book in trail rides. Ten minutes to Sutton Forest, Berrima, Bundanoon, Exeter, Bowral and Burrawang. Twenty minutes to Robertson and Mittagong. Bendooley Estate, Mali Brae are within ten minutes. Hopewood House, Peppers, Milton Park and Somerleys also.

Most local wedding venues are no more than ten minutes from this home.

Superb property in a superb location.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everyone who came commented on how beautiful it was, the interior is immaculate! So clean and well maintained, the kitchens were easy to use as well! Definitely recommend :)

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated family home. Plenty of comfortable living spaces, music room and dining areas for all the extended family located on top of a hill looking onto rural views. Great outdoor areas, next to the park and golf course, lovely friendly hosts, highly recommend this property.

We loved this property - there was so much more to it past the front door - lots to explore. It's not often that the 7 of us stay at a property with a bedroom each! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed (other than large platters - but not a big issue).The only cons were the communication from owner prior to arrival, and the pool was not clean (but it was winter). We had hoped to 'cold plunge', but the pool wasn't inviting.We'd stay again! Overall - recommended!

A wonderful family holiday

Thank you Georgia for such a wonderful, stylish and comfortable home which provided the perfect base for our family holiday and exploring the Southern Highlands. The expansive property was clean, accurate to description and had absolutely everything we needed. The gardens and living spaces are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space so that each couple and family were well catered for. Georgia was a fantastic host who had thought of everything and considered all of our needs. Communication was easy and the food was thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to stay again, thanks for a wonderful spot!

Amazing place

We went away with a large group of friends for the weekend. Could not rate this place higher. Beautiful! Clean! Relaxing! We also had a wonderful private chef come and cook for us on the Saturday night. This was organised by the owner of the property. We will be going back again!!!! Thankyou

Fantastic Family Getaway

Georgia's house provided the setting for a fantastic family getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house is perfect for entertaining large groups, with many bedrooms, a large kitchen (and a second one too!) and extendable dining table, with an incredible outlook onto parklands. Although very close to all of the restaurants/cafes/amenities of Moss Vale, the property is very private and you feel like your in your own world/bubble. Georgia was very reliable with her communciation and I would highly recommend the property. My parents are already planning to book the seperate cabin again for their out getaway.

My name is Georgia. My husband Alex and I run a catering and styling business in the Southern Highlands called Chelsea-Gardens. During Covid lockdown we realised the potential of our home and have been working for the last two years to turn it into a large scale airbnb that offers catering packages. We hope also to develop our home into a venue for creative workshops and corporate events.

Seymour House is a historic Moss Vale home which was original a five acres property. The acreage was given by the original owners to the township and is now a five acre dog friendly park which is visited by locals from all around the region. Moss Vale is very central to the Southern Highlands. We love our property as it has rural vistas, feels like acreage but we are within walking distance to the town of Moss Vale where you an go to dinner, have a coffee or drink or do some homeware shopping.

Great for those who would like to travel with their dogs as we have a back gate onto a five acre dog park and live also next door to the Moss Vale Gold Club. Also perfect to host a micro wedding with your family or a yoga, corporate experience as it sleeps 9 single individuals comfortably.
