Edgewater West 93 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 9th floor with stunning Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony. This beautifully remodeled unit offers a comfortable and stylish coastal retreat.



• The balcony is fully enclosed



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four.



• Beautiful wood flooring flows throughout the unit.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.



• The living area features a queen-size sofa sleeper and two recliners.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

Light not working, 2 fridge filters needed to be replaced ,constuction noise almost every week day, mattress was very noisy, towels were thin and furniture needed a good cleaning. The view was fantastic

Just what we needed!!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! Beautiful beach few! Access to all of the appliances, right there on the beach plenty of space! Would highly recommend!

Good location, right on the beach with pool and easy beach access. Beautiful beach/ocean view. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer was a nice perk. A kureg would be a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week at the beach!

We loved this condo! It was clean and nicely updated. The access to the beach was really easy and we loved the private storage closet at the pool. We would stay here again!

Perfect place on the beach

Loved this property’s distance from the ocean. You could be in the pool and look at the ocean only a few short steps away. Will definitely stay here again!

Tranquil

Perfect location. Easy to get to anywhere you want. We were not crowded at all on the beach and enjoyed every minute. The condo was more than comfortable and we enjoyed the entire stay.

Enjoyable stay

The facility was very clean with a beach front view. No balcony on floors 1-9, only floor 10. Don’t be alarmed if you pull up to Edgewater. Just go two more buildings and and you will be at Edgewater 93. The convenience of the beach was fantastic.
