Wonderful stay!

We had a great time, it was a wonderful stay! We would love to go back again for another vacation one day. The property manager was very responsive and the area was so beautiful and very convenient.

Lovely rental!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful family home. The house is a perfect rental, it has everything you could want for a weekend getaway and the views/serenity of the location are equally amazing. The owners were also easy to communicate with and a pleasure to rent from. Highly recommend this rental property!

Great house in a beautiful town! Fantastic in the winter and would love to come back in the summer!

We had a great time relaxing by the fire place, playing ping pong, hosting meals where our large group could all eat together, and exploring local shops and site! 5 stars!

Another great stay at this property!

This is the only property that we have re-booked and, once again, it did not disappoint. The setting is beautiful, the location is perfect (private, yet close to stores, restaurants, sites) and the pool is heavenly. My family was thrilled to return to this house and my dog could not have been happier. We will not hesitate to book this property for a third time!

DAMN!

Best house ever. Private and tucked away but super close to a really nice town. Gorgeous pool. Beautiful views and sunsets. Surprisingly well stocked kitchen - we cooked big family meals and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were beautiful. Sweet little bar setup in the basement and an awesome patio. Couldn't ask for more!

Great stay

Great pool, great location in proximity to so many spots to explore. Very private. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable sitting indoors and outdoors. No A/C in the basement but the kids didn’t seem to mind. We had a minor issue and management was very responsive. Overall, really fun spot will definitely come back.

Perfect vacation!

I can run out of superlatives when describing our time at this property. Check in was a breeze, the hosts were a text away, the house is beautiful without being stuffy, immaculate, kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine needing, and the property was so lovely, gorgeous views, and peaceful. Our dog had the time of f his life and all of us (except the dog) spent luxurious time in the terrific (and clean!) pool. This is a perfect spot for family and friends. Loved grilling and eating outdoors while enjoying the panoramic views. The property is completely private but there’s shopping and things to do a very short drive away. Property photos and description are accurate but can’t adequately convey the special feel of this place. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

The most perfect getaway

Wow wow wow. This place is increíble. Everything was well thought out. The pool was great. The beds were comfortable. There was so much space for my friends and I. The place provided more than enough basic essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). Everything was just well thought out. There was never a moment where we thought, oh I wish this place had so and so. It had a pool with pool accessories (floaties, pool noodles, etc), gas grill with extra propane gas, extra board games to play with. I’m telling u - this place had everything! And for my friends and I, it is very important that we find a place that is secluded. Coming up the driveway, there is a house down the road. We’re always wanting to be careful not to disrupt neighbors and it seems we didn’t cause any disturbance to that one neighbor since they’re really not that close. The house does a great job at holding in sound which is wonderful since I had a few friends who are talented singers and musicians and wanted to share their talent with us during the trip. Also, it’s conveniently one mile away from the closest Walgreens and Walmart! How great is that! The host was soooo sooo kind and always responded promptly to any questions we had. She made sure we had everything we needed and was just simply the most friendly host ever. I highly recommend renting this place. My friends and I couldn’t stop falling in love with this house!!!

Amazing “family” reunion

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful house and by we, I mean 4 families comprised of 7 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 1 to 16. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, grilling and hanging out in the family room and sun room. We played ping pong and the kids had copious games to choose from. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen items for cooking big family meals and grill utensils. We had enough beds for everyone and the kids loved the bunk rooms in the basement. A great relaxing stay!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family summer vacation with our three married children at this spacious comfortable ‎home set on a large beautiful property. Immediately in back of the house is very large patio which is a ‎good spot for summer evening outdoor dining. Next to that is a nice-sized pool and pool area, which is ‎welcome especially on hot summer days in the Hudson Valley. The house is very well-equipped. It has a ‎grand master bedroom suite with several other good bedrooms and more sleeping options., a well ‎equipped kitchen, toys and games for children and grown-ups. It is close driving distance to Hudson and an ‎easy drive to Kaaterskill Falls and the Catskill Mountains. Alex the manager of the property takes great ‎care of the property, is a wonderful hostess and is always available to answer questions about the area ‎and the house. ‎

Perfect place for a friend reunion / family gathering

The space was so group-friendly - from dining to the bar to the games area to the outdoor fire pit. Had everything we needed and was so well stocked for large group cooking which can often be a challenge in rentals with larger numbers. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated - the master bedroom was out of this world and more plush than any hotel I’ve been to. 10/10 from everyone in my group - we’d love to come back! Thanks!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I rented this property for a weekend getaway from NYC with family and friends. The property is beautiful, and there are tons of activities (swimming, outdoor games, ping pong, board games, etc.). Everything was clean, and we had no complaints about any of the bedrooms/bathrooms. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Friends Reunion

This house is gorgeous. The owners have though of everything. It overlooks the most amazing landscape and a bird Sanctuary. The pool overlook acres and acres of green! It has something for everybody!! We ran out of propane and the owners came to replace it immediately! Will definitely return to this home and it’s hospitality!

Amazing Home

We had an amazing time at this home, it was comfortable and clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our 4 families and more. The property is gorgeous too. We all would highly recommend.

Perfectly balanced family get-a-way

My wife and I stayed herewith our 7 and 4 yr old, 4 month old, plus my sisters family with her 9 and 7 yr old and our mom. There was a perfect amount of space for all of us to have our own quiet and private time while plenty to do together as a family. This was so relaxing and stress free, which is rare for family vacations. Everything was laid out beautifully with clear instructions. The downstairs playroom was great to keep the kids occupied while giving the adults some adult time. Hope to return again sometime soon.

Perfect house

House was clean and it was the perfect accommodations for our large family with two small children. Plenty to do around the house and conveniently located in Catskill and close to Hudson. I would definitely recommend this house and stay there again.

We divide our time between Brooklyn and Catskill. We have two energetic and curious boys who love riding their bikes up the driveway, exploring the woods and retreating to the basement to build forts. In the summer, we play tennis in Saugerties, spend endless hours in the pool overlooking the fields and bird sanctuary. This last year, we hand painted a pickle ball in the front driveway. We ski in the winter at Hunter, mountain bike, and entertain many friends, especially post Covid. We are excited to share our home with you.

Our Hudson Valley house is comfortable, relaxing and spacious. Whether its just the four of us, or we are hosting multiple groups of friends and family, there are so many places for people to gather, to sit, to laugh, to play. We have winter tournaments of ping pong, and foosball. In the summer, we mountain bike and hike around the fields. We get lost in the woods, or take a short ride to the many restaurants in the area. The pool in the summer provides endless entertainment.

We have can sleep a couple or 16 people. With central air, radiant heat and outdoor grill, our house is perfect for families, groups of friends who come together and reunions of all kinds. The house is a place of joy and peace with multiple amenities.
