Peninsula Holiday Rentals presents this luxury two bedroom apartment conveniently located less than 100m to McCrae’s beautiful foreshore and Bay Trail Walk. A desirable base centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula that will inspire the beginnings of a relaxing short getaway or extended trip for the adventurous traveller.
The open plan living comprises a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, NesCafe Lumio coffee pod machine, oven, 4 burner gas hot plate and fridge/freezer.
Breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, four seater dining and lounge area with large screen smart TV opening onto a cosy sun room area with lounge, the ideal area to relax and read a book.
Bathroom facilities: Master with ensuite and 2nd Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry facilities: Iron and Ironing Board available for guest use only. A laundromat located less than a 3 minute walk in the McCrae Plaza is open 7 days a week.
Guest have access to a communal roof top terrace offering outdoor lounge, dining and BBQ with bay views to enjoy.
