Relax in this modern & comfortable 3 Bedroom house. This is full size 3 bedroom home with good sized rooms: ideal for families, couples & for business stays.
Generous size Master Bedroom with Queen bed, spacious ensuite with his & hers vanity.
2nd Bedroom with queen bed and built in robes.
3rd bedroom with 2x bunks for up to 4x guests. All rooms with large, built in robes, loads of storage space.
Comfortable lounge suite.
Smart TV with Bluetooth / NFC sound bar and DVD player.
Selection of board games, books & DVD's (for those rainy days!)
Main bathroom (with full size bathtub) & separate 2nd toilet.
Separate laundry with front loader washing machine & dryer.
The kitchen is very large & spacious, with sunny outlook to backyard, large, French door fridge/ freezer with water dispenser in front door.
Espresso coffee machine provided - (you're on holiday, even more reason to need good coffee!!) Pods available from local supermarket.
A/C in dining/ kitchen/ lounge area, plus ducted heating throughout for year round comfort and fans provided in bedrooms if required.
Safe, secure & private fenced back yard for kids and pets to play with peace of mind.
Outdoor toy chest with heaps of fun stuff for kids to play with in the back yard.
Lock up garage for 1x car, plus room for 2nd car in driveway
Outdoor furniture/ umbrella & BBQ
Beach is approx 1 km (15min easy walk)
Walking distance or 1- 2min drive to all shops (Rosebud Plaza) cafes/ restaurants/ RSL / aquatic center / pubs & amenities.
Bus stop across the street for public transport if required.


NOTES/ House rules:
No schoolies, functions or party bookings will be accepted. Must be over 25yo to make a booking.
This is a family / pet friendly, quiet residential area, therefore we we kindly request all guests to respect our neighbours, keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
No smoking indoors.
Clean up after you pet! (especiall in the back yard) The next guests do not want to discover your doggy land mines.

A Lovely Break

Lovely light home, very comfortable, good location. Ian and Caroline very accommodating. The welcome products very thoughtful, my Son and I very happy, would like to attend again in the future.

Once Upon a Tide- Amazing!

Once Upon a Tide, was clean and well setup lots of games/toys for the kids, full kitchen with all crockery, utensils etc. Communication with hosts was fantastic, very friendly, responsive and with very quick turn around times. Highly recommend Once Upon a Tide- Amazing!

Excellent

My family and I along with our small dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Once Upon a Tide. Very modern and large home with everything supplied. Even the little extras like plenty of Toilet paper, tissues, fly spray, dish washing tablets, foil etc all appreciated. Secure back yard in a great location. Will definitely consider returning again.

Overall good but requires cooling in bedrooms or ceiling fans, extremely hot to get some sleep, probably good for winter but would not stay again in summer

One of the best hidey houses we've stayed in

We loved this place. It had everything we needed. There was no skimping on bedding, two sheets on the beds and extra warm blankets. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery. The home is modern and clean, with lots of toys, books, DVDs. Our dog loved the little backyard and the offlead beach was a nice 35min walk.

Perfect for our family

The house was a perfect base for our quick trip to the peninsula. Great location, lots of space, secure backyard for our dog and a really well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the bunk beds and the toys!

Comfortable and clean

Our party of six had a very relaxing stay. Property was clean throughout. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Close to everything

The house was in a quiet location with easy access to the town and beach. It was very hot when we stayed which meant that the bedrooms were very warm. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to our messages.

Great Location

A lovely great sized house for a family to stay in that is close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Allowing for small pets in the compact backyard was nice.

Love this property!!

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at this property and we thought it was amazing! Caroline and Ian have done a fantastic job making sure it is a comfortable stay. They have thought of everything! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Our kids loved all the games and the wii was a big hit. This is also the cleanest holiday rental we have had....the house was spotless and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door!

Perfect holiday house

As soon as we walked through the door we got the 'wow' factor. Light filled, stylised, fresh, clean and very comfortable house. All the amenities you need were there, great location and walking distance from main street shopping and beach. The owners were great to communicate with from the booking process through to the last day of our stay. We loved it and hope to be back again.

Amazing Getaway!!

My friends and I had such a relaxing time away staying at this property. Caroline and Ian were so lovely to talk and organise things with which made the overall experience even better. The house was so clean, modern and homely and was in a perfect location, close to the beach, plaza, and mini golf! Could not recommend this place enough!!

Excellent property in quiet location

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in this comfortable, quiet and well-appointed property. Our little one enjoyed the games and toys especially. The hosts were especially amenable and quickly addressed any concerns (which were v.few) or queries. Recommended.
