The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed how quiet it was. Communication with Tracy was excellent. Located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. Short drive to South Cape Beach (8 minutes) and Heritage Garden Museum(20 minutes). The only disappointment was not having a larger deck and ability to be closer to the Adirondack chairs to view ocean ( it was a few minutes walk). We're in our 70's and sometimes our arthritis acts up. The pictures were a little deceiving. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a beautiful spot. Everything was nice except the TV situation. Can’t watch anything. No cable, only Roku. Can’t even watch local news.

From the owner: "I’m glad you thought the location was lovely, but I’m sorry you did not ask me for the logins to the TV services, including Netflix and all local channels. The instructions are also in the guest book on site and described in the listing. Thank you, and I hope you return to the condo again!"
