This is a nice property and the mangers had great communication thru out our visit. It is quiet comfy and spacious. The only thing it truly needs is a bit of a refresh in the main area. The bathrooms have been redone and are great. We would stay here again.

Great location, nice house

This house was very good for our family vacation! Great DVD collection The fireplace was so cozy, and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Amazing location for ice fishing!

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying at the lake-house! We really enjoyed the number of beds, DVD collection, and short walk to the lake. The host was very helpful, and messaged back promptly when we had questions. Overall a great stay, and the property is as described in the online listing. Thanks again!

Great time

Great communication from host. Easy to find. Coffee maker was a plus. Nearby to Deka Lake as well as Sulphurous through either the lake or driving up Burgess (road will not be suitable for regular cars after a certain point). Lots of space indoors for games with friends, plus a great movie collection for filling in downtime. The interlakes market is close by for anything you might have forgotten. Would stay here again.

Excellent Fishing Trip

Hello, we enjoyed our stay at Brad's house. They had everything you would need, towels, all the cooking utensils, comfy beds and linens, the house was very clean, we were comfortable. And there was enough space in the driveway for our two trucks and one boat. So many movies to pick from for rainy days and games! we had a blast. Our only complaint would be the smell when we first arrived, the house smelled like dirty diapers. As if the septic tank needs to be emptied, we could smell it when we showered as well. Once we got in and opened up all windows and doors it went away for the most part. The house is in an excellent location for boat launching. We would stay again. There was a fishing book on the table, a book with nearby walking/hiking trails would be nice too.

Recommendations

Our stay was a positive one, the house had more amenities then expected, was comfortable and met our needs. The group did have a few recommendations to improve the experience. We came up in two vehicles, one hauling a boat and one with kayaks as we were up for the spring fishing, however we had issue with the vehicle in the driveway as it was hard to get around to get parked & unloaded. Since you advertise as a place that can accommodate up to 13 people, if we had more people in our group with another vehicle or boat then parking would have been a problem. We had stayed for the week and had garbage to take to the landfill but need some kind of residence number to take garbage there, this number was not in the booklet provided. We did not use the oven as it had some burnt chunks in it and were not interested in cleaning it. Also 2 of the dials on the stove were broken for the main burners, one had a tape repair that didn’t hold and the other had a split sleeve. We removed the broken ones and relocated the back burner dials as we did not need the back warmers. We did not use the keurig as it had a lot of coffee build up in the pod area but did use the coffee pot which worked fine. Other places we have used usually have a page in their booklet that lets the user know how to leave things when they leave eg. bedding, floors, towels. A few details on how you would like things left would be handy. We did have a great time, and would use again if coming back
