Lakeside hideaway

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the Lake cannot be beat and the view is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc.

Our stay at Tom’s house was absolutely amazing! We were at Deka lake for a one week fishing trip with two families and the house was perfect. The private boat launch and dock made things very convenient for us. Tom was always very fast to reply to any questions we had. I would have zero hesitation to stay here again!

Awesome getaway

Wonderful place to stay. All you need to pack is your food and clothes. Couldn’t believe all that they had for us to use. Tom and Janice were wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend this rental. Hopefully we will get to stay again. Thanks for everything. Dale & Debbie

We loved our getaway here! Fantastic cabin with plenty of space for me, my husband, and our two friends with their child. The fact that it’s all on one level made keeping track of an active toddler much easier. Loved the communal living space with a view of the lake. The spacious yard and numerous Adirondack chairs were perfect for enjoying time around the fire. The dock was so convenient for mooring our fishing boat. The boat launch on the property was just too narrow for our trailer, but there are countless boat launches nearby that wasn’t an issue.The house was so well-equipped! All the small appliances, utensils and spices you could need. The washrooms were well-stocked, and it was so convenient that they supplied the bed sheets or towels. Loved having the option of using a washer and dryer even though we didn’t need it. But it would’ve come in very handy if we got rained on while fishing. Tom was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions we had. If we’re ever looking for a cabin to stay in again in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to return!
