Great location. Loved the screened in balcony overlooking the boat slips and lake. Friendly community. Enjoyed the pool and crappie fishing off the boat docks. Directly across from The Cave and east access to concerts at The Ozark Amphitheater.

Great place, great location!

The condo was exactly as advertised! Beautiful views of the lake from the screened in deck. The location was near many restaurants both by water and land. The pool at the property was perfect and never too busy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Great LOTO condo

We had a great stay at this condo, the location was perfect and the screened in porch is where we spent almost all of our time. We were excited to get to come back to this place every night. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!!

It was very relaxing, quiet and people around us were very friendly. Inside was very homey extremly clean and smelt amazing when you walked in. We went and sat next to the lake all day right there at the condo and it was gorgeous. It was nice that the the deck was screened in so we could sit out in the evening / night time and not get ate up from mosquitoes. 100% recommend!

Thorough Enjoyed Our Stay

The condo was wonderful. All 4 of us enjoyed it very much. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the screened, covered deck. We enjoyed having breakfast and happy hour on the deck overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. The condo is located on a quiet part of the lake but close to restaurants, attractions and shops.

Nice amenities with great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and location is great. Our only complaint was that the fees for Slip rental and using the neighboring resort Boat launch/trailer storage was not listed upfront with the booking. For 7 nights launching the boat and storing our boat trailer was $323. So it would have been nice to have known those costs, however I should have asked those questions ahead of time so lesson learned for me.

Place was well-stocked with cleaning supplies, but it wasn't the cleanest. The carpet and couch could use a deep cleaning. We had an issue with the toilet overflowing, but the owner responded immediately and resolved the issue by sending a plumber. Overall, the stay was wonderful

Family vacation

The condo overall was very nice, and mostly clean (we found beef jerky under the couch). Everything worked, the furniture was comfortable, nothing was worn out, and no bugs anywhere. One really important point to note: there is no access to the lake for swimming. If touching lake water is important to you, and you do not own a boat, this is not the condo for you.

Lackluster Lakefront

Our 4-night stay wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it good either. We’re pretty simple people and don’t expect too much outside of the basics, but a bunch of little things just kept popping up and left us feeling very disappointed in our choice to stay here. Communication with the host was less than stellar, he wasn’t overtly rude but he certainly wasn’t very welcoming. The water heater can only handle 2 10-15 min showers back to back, no more. The kitchen was generally clean, but the dishes in the drawers/cabinets were hit-or-miss. Had to wash some of the dishes before we could use them, which was frustrating considering the cleaning fee for this place is $163. We found a knife covered in peanut butter in the utensil drawer, and we had to reach out to the host to request dish detergent because there was none (even though running the dishwasher is a requirement for checkout). Speaking of checkout, you have to take out the trash when you leave. We searched everywhere for extra trash bags (we used the kitchen and filled the trash well before checkout) and couldn’t find any. Reached out to the host at 1pm the day before checkout and after 5 hours of waiting for a response, he said he’d have some brought to us…we never received any. Once we had furnished our own trash bags on checkout day and removed the trash that was at this point overflowing, we found bags in the bottom of the trash can. Call me crazy, but for $650 I’d rather have trash bags and clean dishes than cute decor.
